Lauren Conrad is on another magazine cover! After we spotted her last week on the cover of Cosmopolitan (for the third year in a row), the former star of The Hills popped up on the cover of Elle magazine for its 25th anniversary October issue, which celebrates 25-year-old ladies, like Lauren Conrad, who turns 25 in February. On the cover, she looks pretty in an outfit that pops with bright pink, red, yellow, and purple colors, and inside she's wearing a fierce gray suit that shows off her career-girl attitude. Lauren Conrad's shoot was styled by Joe Zee ... Olivia Palermo's boss on The City. We wonder if she helped pick out any of those accessories! That would be so ... meta.

Is Olivia Palermo Really 'Girl Of The Year'?

Olivia Palermo is a cover girl! The City star landed on the cover of the British magazine Tatler for its October issue, and we're dying over the cover line — "GIRL OF THE YEAR!" Is she really Girl Of The Year?! It's kind of a big statement to make, and maybe that's why she's making a shocked deer-in-headlights face for the picture. But, overall, we're super happy for Olivia Palermo. Especially because she got to wear a gorgeous outfit on the cover — one of the dresses from Miu Miu's fall collection. When more pictures from her cover issue emerge, we will definitely post them.

Lauren Conrad Covers 'Cosmopolitan' Magazine!

Lauren Conrad landed on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine's October issue! She looks so happy and pretty in a red, purple and pink printed Zac Posen dress. LOVE the color on her! Her hair also looks a shade darker, don't you think? Inside the issue, the former star of The Hills opens up about what it means to prove herself in the fashion industry ("I like to be involved in every step"), her new book named Style (due out next month!), and her man, actor Kyle Howard ("I never critique Kyle's clothes unless he asks my opinion"). The clothes she's wearing in the photos are super, super cute, too, especially the blue halter top by Hervé Léger. No wonder she wrote a book about style!

After Glee's Heather Morris STUNNED on the Emmy Awards red carpet in her gorgeous gold dress by Ina Soltani, we've been on the hunt to see where she's going to turn up next. The result? Nylon magazine! The 23-year-old actress posed for photo shoot for the magazine's September issue, where she shows off the prim-and-proper ladylike trend for fall — big, full skirts, kitten heels, gloves ... that whole thing. And she looked great! We especially love how she paired deep berry lips with a light lilac Marc Jacobs dress and leopard heels by Jimmy Choo. But Heather Morris isn't used to looking so glam. As she told Nylon: "I don't like to make myself look pretty — I have a hard time with that. I know how beautiful fashion is, and I like to look good, but I have a hard time figuring it out." But after we saw her in these pictures and the Emmys, we have a hard time believing that!

Taylor Swift's brand-new video for "Mine" premieres tonight at 8:30/EST! We'll have the whole video for you soon, but in the meantime, enjoy this fashionable sneak preview photograph, where Taylor is wearing a gorgeous strapless wedding dress with a beige ribbon belt and crystal buckle. Taylor looks stunning in it! The gown is actually by designer Reem Acra, and it's from her fall 2010 bridal collection. Unlike how it was styled on the runway, Taylor didn't go for a shoulder covering and kept the look minimal. Gorgeous! We can't wait to see the rest of the video when it premieres tonight!

First Look: See Lady Gaga Dressed As A Man Named Jo Calderone For 'Vogue Hommes Japan'!

In a week of shocking magazine cover model transformations — Blake Lively as jailbait for Interview, Sienna Miller as a sexpot for Love, and Britney Spears as a bride for Pop — the BIG ONE just dropped: Lady Gaga posed as a man/alter-ego named Jo Calderone for Vogue Hommes Japan's September issue, an event that was highly anticipated since photos from the shoot leaked in late June. Photographer Nick Knight shot the covers, and it was styled by her stylist Nicola Formichetti, who posted the cover shots on his blog this morning (the full issue comes out September 10).

Inside, writer Jo-Anne Furniss interviewed "Jo," who explained "his" relationship to Lady Gaga as follows: "I met her at a shoot Nick Knight was doing. She's f------ beautiful, and funny, and interesting. I was a little nervous for Nick to start shooting. She said, "Don't be baby, you were "born this way." I took her out after. The rest is private " Honestly, this cover is one of our favorites of all the new September issues. Just when you think Lady Gaga can't out-do her own Gaga-ness, she goes ahead and pushes another boundary, plays with genders and conventions and memes, and continues to prove that it's OK to be different, think different, and do things different. And that's something we need to remind ourselves more often than we do, don't you think?

First Look: See Britney Spears In A Bridal Gown For 'Pop' Magazine!

Britney Spears landed on a fashion magazine cover this month! She's the cover model for the British fashion magazine POP's September issue, and the photos of her JUST DROPPED. Artist Takashi Murakami art directed the cover, which was shot by Todd Cole, and what has us thinking "whhaaa?" is her wardrobe on one of the two covers: A WEDDING DRESS! To top it off, she's also wearing a stone-encrusted veil. Could she be trying to convey an anime bride look? Possibly! For the second cover, the wedding veil remains, but the singer wore a navy blue leotard and strapped on a hot pink backpack, perhaps a throwback to her "Baby One More Time" days. Overall, we love the dark-rimmed lids and pink lips. But the wedding theme still threw us for a loop.

PHOTOS: See Blake Lively In Handcuffs For 'Interview' Magazine

We hardly recognized Gossip Girl star Blake Lively when we saw her on the cover of Interview magazine's September issue, which just dropped. There was something about her eyes and lips that just didn't feel like her, or maybe it was the handcuffs she was wearing as accessories that blocked a full view. Either way, her cover line: "Hot, Young, And Out Of Control" got our attention, especially because she was interviewed by Ben Affleck, Lively's co-star in the upcoming film The Town. There are lots more photographs (shot by Craig McDean) inside, and the spread illustrates the idea of her seducing cops, which is then caught on tape. The fashion is black, black, and more black, while her blond hair is swept in a beautiful wave and her lips are bright red. See the whole spread below. Do you like Blake's serious high-fashion look?

Dakota Fanning Looks Like A Victorian Fairy For The August Issue Of 'Marie Claire'

Dakota Fanning landed the cover of Marie Claire's August issue, which comes out Tuesday (or today, if you're a subscriber like us). She's posing next to the cover line, "I'm not a little girl anymore." No, she is not! The 16-year-old looks so grown up for this shoot, yet remarkably age-appropriate because there isn't an exorbitant amount of excessive skin. We're obsessed with the styling, which makes her look like a gorgeous little Victorian fairy. The tailored blazer and the peek of lace tights under her denim shorts is to die for, and we spot an enormous bow on her chest. YES, BOWS! Bows are about as amazing to us as glitter. And that's just the cover.
