Normal Watches makes timepieces that are unconventionally awesome, and at under $20, super cheap. We've picked out some of our favorites to show you here, like a black wristwatch that says OMFG ($7.99), as in "OMFG, what time is it?!?!" The white model, Social Networking ($15.99), features mini icons of websites like YouTube, Twitter and Facebook in place of numbers, which means you'll have plenty of happy reminders to check your e-mail, AIM, or RSS feed every time you look at your wrist. There's also the Love Is The New Hate ($9.99) version, which comes in pink and mauve — so girly, yet so fierce. And if you want to tell it like it is, they have created one that says Facebook Ruined My Life ($7.99). Uh, watch out for that one.

Why are stripes so great for summer? Because they make us think of boats and beaches, of course. Lately, ladies have been hitting up the red carpet in little cotton dresses with skinny horizontal stripes that look so fresh and comfy you could probably go sailing in 'em. Kaley Cuoco wore a cap-sleeved dress with a fluttery skirt in navy and white stripes when she attended Comic Con in San Diego last week, and Katie Holmes went to the New York premiere of The Extra Man in a long-sleeved boatneck navy and red striped dress by Celine. And Stephanie Pratt looked so fresh and cute in her striped French Connection dress at the Lia Sophia jewelry collection party this month. Their dresses are so preppy and classic but also informal enough that they don't look stuffy.

While some celebs are still harping on last year's nail polish It Color, jade green, we're moving on to this year's big shade: AQUA. For a bit of sheen, try Nars shimmery Blue Lagoon ($16), which has added UV protection, so you can wear it to the beach without worrying about your nails getting gross and discolored. Also for summertime blues, try Zoya’s Robyn ($7), a bright, light turquoise take on the shade. And for an eye-popping hue, we’re totally into Sephora's lacquer in 56 Electric Blue ($4). For a saturated look, try O.P.I.’s No Room for the Blues ($4.97). With these fabulous blues, your tips and pedicures will be perfectly pretty and poolside ready in no time.

Kate Bosworth has been setting the standard for cool, effortless style for years, and she's still going strong. The 27-year-old wore a simple black-and-white graphic-print tee, skinny dark jeans, and a leopard-print Mulberry purse to a party for Mulberry in Los Angeles on Tuesday. We like how she kept her color palette minimal so that the purse could really pop. Her look, as always, is fresh-scrubbed, clean, and sophisticated — LOVE. Is she too young to be a style icon? Because she's ours.

Dying to copy Kate's clean California style? We can help you do it for less. Tilly's makes a leopard-print bag with a chain shoulder strap just like Kate's for only $12.97. Pair your dark skinny jeans with pointy black kitten-heels, like these Calvin Klein Diema pumps ($90), and top it all off with a graphic-print black and white tee like this one from DC ($30) or this cloudy tunic from Forever 21 ($15.80). Happy shopping!

Who needs color when you can glitter in metallic silver and sparkly black? Naomi Watts lit up the red carpet at the Salt premiere in a silver strapless Gucci dress, which looked so stunning with her blonde hair. Continuing the shiny trend, Alyssa Milano accepted her VH1 Do Something award last night in a silver top and high-waisted, cropped black pants by Alice + Olivia. She added a pop of color with her parrot-green platform pumps, which are so ladylike — but with a twist. LOVE! And because the third time is the charm, Angelina Jolie attended last night's premiere of Salt in a strapless black dress by Emporio Armani.

Forever 21 has invaded Times Square! The company opened its flagship New York store right across the street from the MTV headquarters this morning, but we scouted it at the opening party was last night. And it is MASSIVE — four floors, over 90,000 square feet, and 151 dressing rooms so that you can try on zillions of $10 shirts until your little heart's content (during store hours at least, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily). The storefront, located on Broadway between 45th and 46th Streets, features an enormous light board — you know, just in case you can't find the hugest single-brand retail store in Manhattan. And when you walk in, it feels like you're in a shopping mall with escalators down the center and overhead lights that are so bright they could blind you. But it's not a mall. It's one store. So how do we survive such a ridiculous shopping experience? How do we deal with SO MANY CLOTHES? Lucky for you, you have us as your guide.

I love these two as a couple. What a festive way to celebrate two important events in their life. Mariah looks like a dream.
