Talk about a Throwback Thursday! Last night, Lauren Conrad posted this picture of some vaguely familiar-looking distressed capri jeans to her Instagram with the caption, "Cleaning out my closet and I found the pair of jeans I wore to move into my first apartment. How did I think these were OK?" Oh, RIGHT. We remember this LC denim moment because WE WERE THERE. Sort of. We watched it all play out on the series premiere episode of The Hills! It's all taking us to really warm and fuzzy places where visions of Juicy Couture terrycloth sweatsuits, Louis Vuitton monogram handbags, and Von Dutch trucker hats dance in our heads.
Justin Bieber behind-the-scenes at "Saturday Night Live."

Judging from the constant activity on the #BieberOnSNL trending topic, we're not the only ones SUPER excited for Justin Bieber's doubled-up Saturday Night Live stint as host AND musical guest tomorrow night. It's not Bieber's first go-around at Studio 8H. Justin was the musical guest for Tina Fey's episode in 2010 (back when he was still rocking his signature "Bieber Hair"!!!) but was game enough to squeeze into a sketch of his own. Tomorrow night, though, The Biebs is putting on his big-boy pants (most likely of the sagging variety) for his first time hosting the whooooole show. Haven't reached critical mass of dizzying excitement yet? Maybe these behind-the-scenes snaps of Justin in swaggy leather jackets from his bumper photoshoot and rehearsals will send you over the edge.
Just a fraction of Frank's trucker hats from the "30 Rock" series' seven seasons.
Just moments ago, NBC aired the series finale episode of 30 Rock. The wound is still fresh, and we're still VERY much in full mourning of the Tina Fey television masterpiece. With tears in our eyes, we're kissing and turning over framed desktop pictures of Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) and erasing Dr. Spaceman's (Chris Parnell) number from our phones. Along with the belly laughs, the unforgettable characters, and single-handedly giving us the green light to emphatically call our friends, family, and co-workers "nerds," 30 Rock has supplied us with a wealth of memorable fashion moments, from Liz Lemon's Brooklyn Without Limits jeans to her Princess Leia wedding dress. How could we ever forget Tracy Jordan's (Tracy Morgan) EGOT necklace? Or *sniffle* Kenneth Parcell's (Jack McBrayer) page uniform? Or that time Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski) was pitted against Miss Piggy for a "Who Wore It Better"? If we had to pick the ONE fashion element of the show we'll miss most, though, it would definitely, absolutely, HANDS DOWN be Frank Rossitano/Judah Friedlander's signature trucker hats.
Katy Perry sports a new look on "The Ellen Degeneres Show."

Katy Perry ranks among a very special legion of pop stars who change up their looks at BREAK-NECK speed. From Uncle Sam chic to Roy Lichtenstein latex to straight-up classic glamour, Katy's propensity for sartorial shape-shifting is nothing new. Or at least, it shouldn't be? Somehow, though, she manages to shock with each new outfit, especially this handlebar mustached game show host style transformation she underwent for her pal Ellen DeGeneres's birthday.
Snooki still really loves wearing leopard on leopard.

To say that Snooki loves leopard print isn't exactly ground-breaking, and of all people, we should know that. From multiple wildcat head baubles to animal print duct-tape, we've just about seen it all. Still, the fervor with which she wields this print two, sometimes even three, times over in one outfit is worth at least one minute of serious reflection. The leopard-on-leopard look is a tricky one, but Snooks is no novice. She's been perfecting the steez from the red carpet to the street for years. YEARS, people. And this tank + bag + pumps look is but one iteration of a pattern-mixing prowess that now comes as second nature to the Princess of Poughkeepsie. In honor of Miss Polizzi's favorite feline print (AND a new episode of Snooki & JWOWW airing tonight at 10pm EST), we've rounded up a ton of Snooki's most memorable leopard-on-leopard looks. Check 'em out after the jump!
Kate Moss and Simon Cowell get chummy at an event in 2009.

We hate to keep adding man-power behind this Kate Moss X Factor rumor mill (LOL ermmm, NOT. We loooove rumors! CHURN. BABY. CHURN.), but this conversation is just too good to keep ourselves away. According to Grazia Daily, the supermodel MIGHT be in talks with Simon Cowell's Syco Entertainment to have a major fashion part in this, the OG UK singing competition's 10th anniversary season.
Snooki and JWOWW stop by "Extra."

Who's excited for Snooki & JWOWW to start back up again?! *raises hand* To make sure nobody's sleeping on the new season, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "JWOWW" Farley have been hitting up press outlets left and right to spread the news. From Extra to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the dynamic duo has been visiting a variety of studios, but rest assured, the style-conscious BFFs have been coordinating their outfits from day to night accordingly. Yesterday morning, they made their way to chat with Mario Lopez in light-colored, covered-up ensembles, perfect for daytime programming. JWOWW wore a periwinkle blue, single-breasted coat while Snooks wore a lacy white dress topped off with a blush-colored moto jacket and platform Mary-Jane heels.
Demi Lovato and Britney Spears go futuristic for "The X Factor" season finale.

Last night was the season finale of The X Factor, and while yea, it was great to see the One Direction boys (who are we kidding?? We were SALIVATING at their navy-on-navy mixed texture satin and jersey ensembles), we have to give a big hand to our GIRLS: Demi Lovato and Britney Spears. These ladies have been turning it OUT all season long. From Brit's bodycons to Demi's dabbling in bold brows, these two have made this a season of style and beauty DOMINATION. *'round the world snap* So you know they had to have one last trick of each of their sleeves come finale time. Both ladies capitalized on one of the runway's hottest trends: futuristic lines and mirror symmetry.
And there you have it. Gossip Girl Season 6, the FINAL season of GG and thereby the entire series, is officially over. *pours a little out for Kristen Bell's steady V.O. paycheck* The end of the show as we know it also means the end of these weekly fashion recaps, and since this is the last time we'll be writing about this particular version of the Upper East Side teen drama (who knows if/when there will be a remake or movie penned), we're not holding anything back. If you haven't caught up yet, I'd stop reading right now (both this post and probably also your Twitter feed) because I'm about to LITTER this digital page with spoilers. LET'S DISCUSS!

If you're a serious fan of HBO's Girls TV series (like us!), then be prepared to fuh-reak out, y'all. Celebrity manicurist Deborah Lippmann created a set of nail polishes inspired by the 20-somethings' lives, which will be released in January. Eeee! The four colors, which represents the Brooklyn girl gang—Hannah Horvath (Lena Dunham), Marnie Michaels (Allison Williams), Jessa Johansson (Jemima Kirke), and Shoshanna Shapiro (Zosia Mamet)—each has its own personality to coincide with each on-screen character. And, to be TOTALLY honest, the colors are right on-trend for next season, too. Hannah's polish is a rich "Hopeless Hunter Green," while the oh-so-uptight Marnie inspired a "Prim and Proper Pink" in a pale pastel hue. Shoshanna's shade, "Virtuous Vivid Violet," represents a goody two-shoes, girly-girl lavender, and Jessa's "Bohemian Burgundy" color runs dark and deep, just like her. Whew, we can't even pick a favorite!
