Guys, we can never get enough of Asher Levine. We've been obsessed with the 25-year-old designer for the past few years (yep, he's been killing it since he was 22!) thanks to his mostly black, all-leather-everything futuristic ensembles that have been spotted on everyone from Lady Gaga to Rita Ora. This season, we were PUMPED to stop by his spring 2014 show, which featured a performance by funeral pop band MXMS (members include Shiny Toy Guns' Jeremy Dawson and Ariel Levitan). Asher stayed true to his dark roots and decked out his models in human anatomy-inspired pieces. Think: Molded, muscular silhouette vests and anatomical, spiky sleeved jackets. For the accessories, Asher said, "I wanted to imagine if we could grow the accessory in a laboratory, and then skin it. What would the accessory look like with it musculature underneath?" Our answer: awesome.

Here at MTV Style, we're pretty shameless about our love of food. We keep a snack drawer stocked year-round. If your event includes a meal, we RSVPed last week. We're in constant pursuit of chips, but we've also never met a granola bar we didn't like. Most of all, though, we reeeeeally like when fashion and food come together. We even devoted a whole weekly franchise to it called Food Friday. Welp, for New York Fashion Week, we took that love to the next level (OK, maybe several next levels) by wearing some of our favorite food-themed clothes to the "tents" at Lincoln Center.

"Fabulous" is, admittedly, an oft overused word, but never have I ever FULLY understood what it meant until meeting David and Phillipe Blond (better known as The Blonds) and seeing their work up close. Sure, you can tell from photographs that their curve-glorifying silhouettes, heavy with gems and crystals like the world's most glamorous barnacles, are major show-stoppers and how that has made them go-to designers for the high octane performance outfits of all your favorite pop stars: Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Beyonce, Selena Gomez, and, like, infinity more. But seeing the pieces first-hand, glittering less than a foot from your eyeballs? That's another story entirely.

We totally freaked out when we heard that Kristin Cavallari was designing her first ever clothing line for NYFW--especially when we realized it also involved the NFL. We were all, "Wait, MTV star + fashion + ...sports? How can this be?" In collaboration with Junk Food clothing, our ex-Hills girl (and wife of Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler) designed 32 fashion-y fan looks for each team on the NFL. (Whew, girl put in WORK.) Some of our favorite pieces included a super mod patchwork Denver Broncos-inspired frock, a throwback graphic Miami Dolphins sweatshirt, and a 'dorbs oversized Arizona Cardinals floral print shirtdress. All ensembles were paired with stilettos from Kristin Cavallari's Chinese Laundry line (duh!), which totally completed the look.

Some things in life are just meant to be, and a Jeremy Scott x A$AP Rocky fashion collab is definitely one of those inevitable things. (Though, for the record, Jeremy's said he's open to a rap collab, as well.) The bold runway designer and Harlem-born MC recently announced that they've teamed up on a special edition pair of adidas Originals sneakers, and ever since that news broke, we've been dying to pick their brains about the project. Lucky for us, we had just that opportunity this past weekend at the adidas Originals store on New York City's Wooster street just before a meet-and-greet attracting a crowd of 300 some-odd fans for autographs and pictures with the JS Wings 2.0 Black Flag creators.

If you don't know Adam Selman's name by now, you better start memorizing it. We don't mean to sound bossy, but the former Britney Spears and Michael Jackson costume designer is seriously making his mark in the fashion world. Not only did he co-design Rihanna's spring and fall River Island collections this year and create killer custom pieces for her Diamonds World Tour (that red, yellow and black bustier number? #dead), but he also designed Ri's GORGE slinky white 2012 VMA gown and those unforgettable Victoria's Secret on-stage ensembles. This week, Adam decided to take his stellar design skills a step further and debut his first ever solo collection at NYFW (!!!). Of course we had to stop by and check out the goods firsthand, and, lucky for us, Adam even chatted with us about his fashion week debut.

Rihanna

Rihanna is ready to rock.

Rihanna can now add "reality show producer" to her resume (a document which I'm not sure exists): her new show Styled to Rock will be hitting the Style Network on November 5th. Who better to discover the next big design talent than the rockstar herself? Oh, how about Pharrell Williams, model Erin Wasson, and Ri's stylist, Mel Ottenberg? Yeah, they'll def do.

We definitely expected our style correspondents, Grimes and Rachel Antonoff, to be thorough in their red carpet interviews. By thorough, we were imagining things like: head-to-toe run-downs, designers, fabrics, inspiration, pre-carpet getting ready rituals, etc. You know the drill. #FASHUN But when the girls hooked up with Travi$ Scott, they took thorough to a whoooole new level.

It is a play-date fever dream and a 2013 MTV VMA wish-fulfillment miracle that none other than the legendary Kathleen Hanna and future-legendary Grimes (also known as Claire Boucher) interviewed each other for our All Access Live stream. We've included the clips for you of this fascinating chinwag but the best part is that the conversation topics ran the gamut from deceptively subversive Beyoncé lyrics and contemporary misconceptions of feminism.

Hanna, who blazed the trails as the lead singer of Bikini Kill and Le Tigre, is currently the front woman for Brooklyn band The Julie Ruin, whose debut album Run Fast will be released on September 3rd on TJR Records. And of course Grimes, who will also be hosting our Red Carpet show later today with designer Rachel Antonoff, is best known for her Faery Queen musings and manifestos on various social media platforms as well as her status as a critical darling amongst the music cognoscenti for her peripatetic influences and how her voice feels like air conditioning on your face.

Fifth HarmonyX-Factor finalists and all-around stylish ladies--are heading to the VMAs this Sunday, but, alas, they have nothing to wear! The five girls—Camila, Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah--graciously allowed MTV to tag along as they went shopping at Dalaga in Brooklyn for their VMA Red Carpet looks and, we must say, we are pretty psyched to see what they end up wearing.

I love these two as a couple. What a festive way to celebrate two important events in their life. Mariah looks like a dream.
