Who wore Maleficent horns better?
The new Maleficent movie has only been in theaters for a week, but the famous Disney villain has already become synonymous with Angelina Jolie. Angie personifies the role SO much (trust me, you should see it), we can't imagine anyone else ever topping her interpretation. Well, at least that's what we thought...until we saw 50 Cent on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night.
Nicki Minaj's "Pills N Potions" video is coming, y'all. She just posted a 45-second teaser on YouTube and, dang, we have a lot to look forward to. In under a minute we're treated to seven looks–I mean, how many could the full video possibly have, 40? We'll find out on Monday when the full thing drops, but until then, we can discuss what's in store.

First up is a sheer white shirt, nude stiletto nails, and an e-cigarette (don't try at home, kids). Also, because her eyes are closed, you get a full sense of just how expertly her eyeliner is applied. The application process deserves a video of its own (hint hint, Nicki).
Pretend for a second you're in charge over at Billboard magazine, and you're sitting in your corner office overlooking the New York City skyline, mindlessly playing with that click-clacky desk decoration (it helps you think), pondering whom you should put on your next cover. Given the current music landscape, you would obviously, without a doubt, no question about it, choose Iggy Azalea who has been clenching the #1 and (AND!) #2 songs in America for weeks.

When most people wear vintage clothing, they have no idea where their clothes came from. Sure, they likely purchased their vintage pieces at a store organized by color, but I'm talking about originally. They have no idea who (or how many people) wore that shirt before them. Their clothes have history they don't even know about. Lady Gaga, obviously, is not like most people. Lady Gaga knows exactly who wore her clothes before her and, in the case of the sequined number she wore last night, that person is Daphne Guinness.
Gaga is on a break from her ARTPOP tour and debuted a new look yesterday–very Designing Women, don't you think?–and revealed in the caption of one of her Instagram photos that the sequined leopard print piece she has on is Dolce & Gabbana archive and was previously owned and worn by Daphne Guinness. Most of my vintage stuff is, like, Gap vintage and previously owned and worn by someone who couldn't eat without spilling, but I digress. Lady Gaga has been a longtime fan of Daphne–she's called her a living legend and muse–so wearing Daphne's clothes is a BFD. This isn't the first piece of couture broken in by Daphne Guinness that Gaga owns, BTW–in 2012 she successfully bid on an Alexander McQueen gown that Daphne wore in Harper's Bazaar.
There are two major reasons we look forward to basketball season each year: the thrill of athletic competition and seeing what Rihanna will wear. With the 2014 NBA Finals kicking off tonight, this season will soon be coming to a close (boo!). But on the bright side, we still have one more round of games to watch—and to keep our fingers crossed for more Rihanna sightings.
We've rounded up every single one of the looks Badgal RiRi has rocked in the front row at various arenas this year, and there are a LOT of them. You see, Rihanna is a fan of the NBA, generally—she doesn't discriminate in the name of basketball. Rih cheers on the Nets, the Lakers, the Clippers, the Heat. Often, these teams play each other and when that happens, Rihanna just cheers. Not only is this very endearing, but also, the moments of enthusiastic on-her-feet applause give us all a better look at her outfit. And for that, we're very thankful.

Final Score: 95-102 Lakers
Why We Love It: Unclear what's cuter—Rihanna's cameo-adorned Silver Spoon Attire camo bucket hat, or her new (and by "new" I mean new to the world—dude can't even be a decade old) friend.

Match-Up: Portland Trailblazers vs. Los Angeles Lakers
Final Score: 108-114 Trailblazers
Why We Love It: Flexing her signature high-low style, Rihanna wore a Fila snapback and New Balances with a $1,019 Jonathan Simkhai silver leather pencil skirt. She could buy 13 pairs of New Balances for the price of the skirt.
Even if you haven't read or seen The Fault In Our Stars (yet!), you’ve undoubtedly heard the overwhelming consensus that it’s impossible to get through it without many, many tissues. But you know what's sure to cheer you up when you're sobbing your eyes out over the saddest teen love story of all time when it hits theaters tomorrow (other than Ansel Elgort's grin/personality/entire being)? Very, very rad nail art inspired by the story.
The Fault in Our Stars and nail art are both all over Tumblr and Instagram, so it only makes sense that the two have begun to overlap a bit. Two of the best things on the internet, together? Sign us up.
Without giving away any spoilers, because you're obviously going to see the movie this weekend, the word "okay" is sort of Hazel and Augustus's way of saying a love you. Some people have a song? They have a word. Just go with it. This girl incorporates that and actual text from the book, resulting in a truly bonkers mani.
Seeing a theme here? This one has more "okay"s, but with the addition of some hearts (because it's a love story), flowers (because Gus bought some for Hazel that one time), and stars (because duh).
By now, you've all seen what Rihanna wore to the CFDA Awards earlier this week. Y'know, that sparkly dress that would DEF get censored by Instagram? The rhinestone-studded gown was nothing short of a work of art. And like all works of art, it takes a lot of time and dedication to reach the final product. In the case of Rih's dress, that dedication looks something like an entire team of people gluing microscopic crystals onto fabric with tweezers.
Adam Selman, Rihanna's costume designer and collaborator, posted a video to Instagram of that process, writing: "Detail of my incredible team at work with @official_swarovski and @rupaulsdragrace led by the true queen @meetingsmagazine #glamazon." Glamazon, indeed! We kind of can't stop watching this mesmerizing video on repeat, even though the tediousness threatens to make our brains explode. Ah, what we do in the name of #FASHUN.
We need these in our hands right now.

Since it was first announced in March, we've been keeping a close eye on the collaboration between Lorde and MAC Cosmetics. The two-piece collection features a deep-plum lipstick named after her album Pure Heroine, which can be used as a lipstick or a stain, and a black eyeliner called Rapidblack. Finally, they're available for purchase.
Last night, for the third year in a row, Kristen Bell hosted the CMT Music Awards. While in previous years she was joined by co-hosts—Toby Keith and Jason Aldean—this is the first year she went at it solo and she took the opportunity to talk about men's fashion. Specifically, tight jeans. Real tight. In response to Kristen's "Moose Knuckles" tune, we wrote a response using the medium we're most familiar with: emoji.
