Santigold performing at Samsung Mobile's fan appreciation show in New York on May 14.

It's official—I'm out of the Santigold groupie closet. Last night the singer played a free concert at the intimate Irving Plaza thanks to Samsung, who threw a bananas bash complete with mini-hamburgers and a flowing open bar (ouch!) to celebrate their 5MM Facebook "likes." I, duh, more than liked last night. My homegirl Natalia Kills and I bounced away to Santigold's fashion-y and frenetic hit-driven set, and we LIVED for her signature sunglasses-at-night duo of dancers. But it was all about the party store golden-streamers-turned-cape on Santi that completely did us in. Oh, and then there's this: style god/my biggest celeb-crush evs a.k.a. Pharrell Williams was a special guest performer, as well as Andy freakin' Samberg who showed up as the hilarious Saturday Night Live character Shy Ronnie. Following the cuckoo killer show, I somehow ended up kicking it with Santi in her dressing room. NBD. Newsflash: She was sweeter than your favorite Vitamin Water and prettier than most humans. Being the totes profesh MTV Style blogger that I am, I talked all things fashion with Santigold. See: Salt-N-Peppa as a style icon, Santi's penchant for drugstore-purchased glitter nail polish, and getting sloshed for Alexander Wang. Um, yeah. It all happened.

Saturday Night Live bumper photo of Lady Gaga.

As you all well know, Lady Gaga was the musical guest on the season finale of "SNL" hosted by the ever entertaining and dapper Justin Timberlake. Hordes of eager monsters waited in line FOR DAYS in front of NBC's 30 Rockefeller Center in hopes of getting their claws on standby tickets for the show and, of course, in true Gaga form she sent out donuts, pizza and coffee to keep her adoring public well-fed and happy. Classy broad.

What you might NOT know is who Lady Gaga was wearing for her performances of "Born This Way" and "Judas." While we've chronicled Gagaloo's previous sartorial forays into latex with such designers as RISD-grad Sally LaPointe at her last Oprah performance, and her appearance at the Consumer Electronics Show, the latest young gun whipping up stretchy, shiny smocks for mother monster is none other than Jac Langheim.

With an eponymous debut only having JUST launched (like spring of this year), Langheim's versatile collection has caught Nicola Formichetti's eye for a litany of obvious reasons, but it's this New York City designer's unique vision regarding topics such as humor and love that we find the most interesting and are only evidenced by her handmade clothes upon closer inspection:

“My memories tend to be visceral. I recall sensations, the pace and depth of my breath, tingling in my fingertips, how my facial expressions felt as opposed to specific locations, people, or even circumstance. My most intense and favorite memories are those that happened right before I fell in love.

“Part of the fun of latex garments is that they require a dressing aid and often an extra set of hands. I designed with the intention of making it as easy as possible to get in and out of these clothes. Tight pants usually require a bit of patience, and practice. So I may put a functional zipper in as a tuxedo strip. It looks great but is also an easy way to get in and out of my clothing.”

The sculpted sleeves on the right were dramatic as they were impressive (seriously, try getting latex to STAND) anchored cleverly by the elongated neckline, and the latex black-and-blue bodysuit was an exercise in elegant contours ending in garter belted, thigh-high stiletto boots. Definitely looking forward to future collaborations. FOR SURE FOR SURE.

Watch the 'Lady Gaga: Inside the Outside' on Thursday, May 26, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on MTV.

Seth Meyers, Jason Sudeikis, and Andy Samberg at a 'Portlandia' screening in New York on Jan. 19.

Saturday Night Live cast members Seth Meyers, Jason Sudeikis, and Andy Samberg left no zip-up behind for the Portlandia screening in New York last night. In their own ways, these funny boys proved they are the masters of layering. For starters, Seth Meyers wore a gray tee, plaid button-up shirt, navy zip-up sweater, gray jacket with a shearling collar, distressed jeans, and black boots for a more simplistic approach. Meanwhile, Jason Sudeikis dressed up his layered look with a bright blue tie, jean jacket, gray hoodie, blue collared shirt, cuffed jeans, and yellow and blue Nike Dunks. And finally, Andy Samberg mixed patterns and fabrics in his ensemble by wearing an orange and blue colorblock coat, black and blue flannel shirt, white tee, black jeans, and white Adidas sneakers. All three hotties looked supercute in their winter gear, but we think Jason's look outdid the rest. The formal tie paired with showstopping sneakers is a hard combo to pull off (but he did!). What do you think?

+ Which S.N.L. hottie looked best—Seth, Jason, or Andy?
