Whoa, whoa, whoa. Can you believe it's time for New York Fashion Week again? And for next fall's clothes? Liiike, it's pretty hard to imagine that in a few months we won't feel the need to cover every inch of our skin for fear of frostbite, but I guess we gotta believe it. I mean, the designs heading down the runway today seem to hint that warmth will visit us again, so we'll trust in them. Fashion has never misled us before, right?

Besides the actual runway looks, though, one of the best parts of any Fashion Week is peeping the celebs who flock to sit front row and cavort with other famous faces. We're not even a full day in and we've already spotted a few of our faves like Coco Rocha, AnnaSophia Robb, and Colton Haynes. AnnaSophia bared the cold in a crop top and a skirt for the Houghton show, while Coco and Colton layered pants, long-sleeve shirts, and jackets for the BCBG Max Azria and Richard Chai shows.

Whomp. Our Friday nights are about to feature a lot less Carrie Bradshaw. The Carrie Diaries season finale aired last night, and whether or not the show will be coming back anytime soon remains up in the air. I guess I will have to Google Austin Butler's name every once in a while to see how he's doing instead of watching his QT face on my screen. I guess I'll live. The episode wrapped up a lot of loose ends, and while I'd be sad if Carrie & Co. were never to return, I'd be satisfied with where things were left. Especially with all of the fashion that we were treated to in this final episode. While Carrie getting fired from Interview and deciding to move to L.A. with Sebastian was a major plot point, the main event was Larissa's wedding. We have all the deets on wedding looks from Eric Daman, the show's costume designer, so LEGGO!

After getting fired from her job, Carrie turns to her ex-BF Weaver (#hey) for advice. She visits him at his brownstone, which, BTW, bears an eerie resemblance to the one future CB lives in. Eric told us, "I really wanted to have an end of season flash forward to fabulous Carrie Bradshaw fashion moment! A super special AHA outfit that was an ode to the Sex and the City Carrie we know and love! And so I put together this little ensemble: gorgeous green statement coat (borrowed from my BF Blair Waldorf)? Check! Midi circle skirt with crinoline? Check! Totally '80s leopard-print top? Check! Totally amazing shoes (found these to-die-for Sophia Webster pencil and notebook paper Mary Janes on a last-minute run to Bergdorf's and died a little at how they were THE perfect embodiment of a Carrie shoe! The fashion! The whimsy! The writing utensils!). And, of course, no tenue du jour would be Carrie Complete without a Fendi baguette (in glass tile mosaic...WHAT?!?). I call this look 'back to the future fashion phenom!'"

There are only two episodes left of The Carrie Diaries, which means Friday nights will soon be less fashion- and Sebastian-filled. I am upset about both. Last night's episode featured Carrie making moves at Interview and, as always, looking very stylish while doing so. We spoke to the show's costume designer, Eric Daman, about what Carrie wore.

The show opens with Carrie and Sebastian walking in Washington Square Park and stumbling across a grisly scene: a hawk eating a pigeon. No thanks! Eric gave us major deets on Carrie's coat (the third week a patterned coat opens the show, BTW): "OMG. Are you ready for a real behind-the-scenes secret? Carrie Bradshaw is wearing Blair Waldorf's Chloe coat! Fabulously, I might add. Totally making it her own. I was in love with this faded-floral Chloe coat, and while wrapping Gossip Girl, I just knew Carrie could breathe a second life into it, so I 'borrowed' it from Blair Waldorf's closet! When I read this 'walk and talk in the park' scene between Carrie and Sebastian, it seemed like the ideal moment for this gorgeous coat's second coming. To give it true Carrie Bradshaw appeal, we paired it with a wide-brimmed hat, knee-high Sergio Rossi boots, and Melie Bianco color-blocked bag. Actually, it kinda feels a little Serena-y now that I take a second look! LOL!"

This week's The Carrie Diaries had a lot going on. Like, a ton. Maggie accidentally joined the Army (don't ask), Sebastian attempted to launch his own skateboard clothing company, and Walt and Bennett had to face the threat of AIDS for the first time. Carrie, as always, looked stylish and ready for Valentine's Day (even though her boyfriend canceled their plans so he could go out with Tony Hawk). As usual, we got the wardrobe deets from the show's costume designer, Eric Daman, so check 'em out below!

The episode opens with Carrie walking in Soho (does she go to school anymore, JW?) and ruminating on Valentine's Day. Since it's supposed to be February and therefore chilly out, Eric told us about finding the perfect V-Day coat: "Ever since Gossip Girl, I have developed a love/hate relationship with coats and having to design around them for outdoor scenes. Now, with The Carrie Diaries, I am again faced with the difficult task of making outerwear fab, cute, and Carrie-licious. Making this selection even harder is the oversized coat trend currently sweeping the fashion world!!! Finding a cute coat that fits Miss Bradshaw is nearly impossible! Luckily, I stumbled upon the children's outerwear section at Saks and saw this beautiful Dolce & Gabbana coat! Perfection! High style and fit to a T.! Plus, kids' designer clothes are like half as much as the adult versions!"

Last night's The Carrie Diaries featured a lot of Carrie and Sebastian and a lot of partying (two things that guarantee an interesting episode). As usual, we got the behind-the-scenes deets on Carrie's wardrobe from the show's costume designer, Eric Daman. Check out what he had to say about one of Carrie's many coats and her party outfit!

Now that Sebastian lives in L.A., his relationship with Carrie is challenging, simply because they can't manage to get in contact with one another. I will thank my lucky stars every day for cell phones (not that I don't already, TBH). One of Carrie's many attempts to reach him via pay phone comes at the beginning of the episode. Eric told us, "For the scene when Carrie is on a pay phone on the street, I knew it was all about the coat! I had to find something that really grabbed the viewers' attention and was super cute! My sixth sense (kinda like my Spidey style sense), told me this coat from Kate Spade would be the one...except it was too big! But lucky me, my team tailor, Anastasya, is a fashion miracle worker and reworked the oversized overcoat into a sweet petite fashion treat. It was a scene-stealer and the neon pink (so '80s!) trimmings really framed AnnaSophia Robb's face for the closeup shot!"

A Christmas episode of a TV show can only mean one thing: festive fashion. We caught up with Eric Daman, costume designer on The Carrie Diaries for all the awesome '80s swag Carrie and her stylish boss, Larissa, wore on last night's episode.

When Larissa gathered everyone after exploring the western frontier, you knew she had discovered something major. She is passionate about one thing this episode: DENIM. Eric gave us the full rundown on her denim discovery: "I can't really talk this week's fashion without mentioning Larissa's denim jumpsuit! When I read the script and learned Larissa discovered denim, I knew it had to be a TV fashion moment to remember (and an over-the-top '80s tribute to boot)! My team searched high and low, and we finally came across this truly amazing design on Etsy. (BTW, Etsy is totally my new BFF!!) This jumpsuit had ALL the '80s bells and whistles in one! Shoulder pads? Check! Puffy paint pen and bedazzled gems? Check! Bustier and bolero? Check!"

Whew, a lot happened on The Carrie Diaries last night. Like, A LOT. Carrie confronted Weaver, Bennett searched for a new job, Maggie had pregnancy complications, Mouse tried to spice up her relationship with West, and Sebastian continued to be a beautiful angel on Earth. Carrie also won a trip to Paris, but wasn't there to claim her prize and will forever be known as "the girl who didn't go to Paris." JK, that nickname was doled out to Lauren Conrad long ago. As usual, we got the deets on Carrie's wardrobe from the show's costume designer, Eric Daman, so check them out below!

The episode opens with Carrie checking out The New York Post and--surprise!--finding out that Weaver called her "diminutive," "phony," and, worst of all, "suburban" to Page Six. Eric told us, "Carrie reads The New York Post's 'Page Six' every day, but wasn't expecting to see herself being called diminutive. I wanted her look for this scene to be anything but. I was really looking to have that idiosyncratic Carrie style shine through and let her look keep a sense of whimsy while her mood darkened. The photorealism "Funland" print pencil skirt from Topshop fit the bill (and fit AnnaSophia Robb's cute curves like a dream!). By pairing it with the Opening Ceremony navy polka dot crew neck, the look stays chic and just serious enough to balance the fab T&J turquoise, floral statement necklace."

After a brief hiatus The Carrie Diaries returned with Carrie still dating Weaver (#hey), but also still fostering feeling for Sebastien (#hey). She's also enrolled in a big time writing class at The New School, so her need to look stylish in the city is at an all-time high. As we've done all season, we chatted with Eric Daman, the show's costume designer, about Carrie's looks from the episode and the decisions behind her costumes.

After being hounded by Weaver about writing all week, Carrie is like, "BYEUH Weaver you're annoying/not supportive." Though he's QT, she made the right decision, IMHO. Eric gave us the deets on her look: "We wanted to keep Carrie's big break up moment a surprise, so I opted for a really fun, playful and iconic Carrie look. The bustier shoe print dress by Eva Franco was perfect! Shoes?!? All over a dress!? Carrie LOVES shoes and I love this dress for this classic walk-and talk SATC style stoop scene. The lime green and pink Kate Spade cardi with plastic flower embellishment was the ideal layer to keep AnnaSophia Robb warm on a cool night and look cool and colorful for the scene."

Last night's episode of The Carrie Diaries was full of romance and, of course, on point '80s steez. We caught up with Eric Daman, the man in charge of the cast's clothes and accessories to get the deets on Carrie's wardrobe as she carefully navigated her Sebastian-filled high school halls and spiced up her new romance with Weaver in New York.

As usual, Carrie looks sleeker for study hall than most people do for black tie events. Eric explained, "Carrie's school style is making statements this season: she is a senior, after all, AND interning at Interview Magazine! This outfit is school girl chic and sexy, the black Maeve blouse keeps her artsy edge but the soft 3D floral detail on her collar and sleeve keeps her fresh as a daisy. Punchy red earrings from Etsy are totally on trend 80's and very Carrie. Her Polka dot Kate Spade kitten heels are hallway appropriate for this stylish student on the go! Teetering in 5" Manolos is a high school no-no!" It should be noted that I did not design Carrie's incredible 3D shirt, despite the shared name. I'm going to start gluing flowers to all my of clothes, though, because they look awesome.

After the tragic Sebastian/Carrie breakup last week, young Miss Bradshaw is back at Interview, pitching stories and trying to move beyond her role as personal cappuccino fetcher. She also strikes up a hot new romance with a young playwright (we will mourn her relationship with Sebastian a little bit less because #HEY Weaver), and meets her dad's new girlfriend for the first time. Carrie changes a lot throughout this episode, so we got the costume deets and backstory for a few of the outfits from the show's costume designer, Eric Daman.

When she's at Interview, of course, CB is spending time in New York rather than Connecticut, so she needs to stand out. Eric described his reasoning behind Carrie's polka dot dress during the episode's opening montage: "This ModCloth dress had me seeing spots and made Carrie a stand out style star on her lunch break. I gave her a vintage belt and beads for some B52's/80's inspired retro realness. Her Jessica Simpson color-blocked sandals are perfectly in tune and keep the look aspirational AND affordable!"
