We first spotted Kristen Stewart’s new James Dean tee last week when the actress popped by The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and collectively decided that somehow, some way, we need to add it to our closets immediately. After all, the top is clearly comfy, retro-cool, AND is splashed with vintage images of the old-school heartthrob (if only it weren’t so expensive…). What else could you ask for? We’re obviously not the only ones obsessed. Chloe Moretz has been rocking the “Blondie” version of the t-shirt from Dolce and Gabbana’s “Icon” collection, but Bonnie Wright wore the EXACT SAME James Dean top as K.Stew this week at Cannes Film Festival.
We're swooning over the hunky photos of James Dean on K.Stew's Dolce & Gabbana Tee.
We might be able to buy Kristen Stewart's’s Coachella outfit at the mall (thanks, American Eagle!), but unfortunately, if we want to score that retro James Dean tee the actress wore on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno this weekend, it’s going to cost us. The Snow White and the Huntsman star sported her trademark casual style while she talked red carpet fashion and Twilight with the late night host, wearing the Dolce and Gabbana crewneck under a Rebecca Minkoff blazer, paired with J.Brand leather skinnies. The men’s t-shirt, which is stamped with black and white photos of the iconic ‘50s heartthrob, retails for a cool $234 online. It’s a splurge, that’s for sure, but we’re willing to bet your local vintage store won’t be stocking these high-fashion tees anytime soon. Will you save up for this designer shirt, or would you rather comb the thrift store racks for a less pricey alternative?

The August issue of Teen Vogue just came out, and Joe Jonas landed the cover, alongside his ex, Demi Lovato, for a James Dean-inspired, fifties-style shoot. But in these shots, we're only paying attention to Joe. That's because he looks greasy in the best way possible! His pants are rolled, his plaid shirts is slightly unbuttoned ... and THAT HAIR. It's slicked back with so much gel that it looks like it's frozen in place! And WE DON'T EVEN HATE IT! See, hair gel can be a sexy thing when applied correctly. That's why we've made these handy comparisons between Joe Jonas, The Prince of Gentlemanly Gel, and his reality-television star counterpart, DJ Pauly D, The King of Jersey Guy Hair Gel. What a difference, right? All gelled 'dos are not created equal.
