It's no secret that we're big fans of Rachel Antonoff over here: she did a fab job co-hosting the MTV.com VMA Red Carpet Report with Grimes and, generally, we can get behind fun, colorful collections, which Rachel keeps delivering. For her Spring 2014, Forever Crush, Rachel skipped the ol' models-wearing-clothes thing and, instead, debuted the collection on her family and friends in a 6-minute video.
The video tells the story of how her parents met: it was 1972, they were in college, and pumpkins were involved (how seasonally appropriate!). I don't wanna give away any ~deets~ because the video is 100% worth watching, but Rachel enlisted the help of her brother, Jack, as well as friends Jenny Slate, BFF Mae Whitman, and more to relay the Antonoff courtship. The best part (besides love, of course)? Instead of wearing '70s threads, everyone is decked out in Forever Crush. There are printed curtains! The ladies lounge in floor-length dresses! #JEALZ of this beautiful group of friends and their beautiful clothes. How much is the friendship club membership fee? I AM WILLING TO PAY!
Here we go, y'all! Tonight's People's Choice Awards officially kicks off the 2013 awards shows season, a season of evening gowns, borrowed baubles, and the BEST clutch game. From Katy Perry to Jennifer Lawrence to our Awkward. girl Ashley Rickards, when the PYTs of movies, music, AND television come together for one night of merry-making and crystal award-doling, it's no easy task to whittle them down into a Best Dressed List. Still, we tried. Now, without more ado, here are our favorite People's Choice Awards looks!

Chloe Grace Moretz was one of the first starlettes to grace the PCA red carpet, and BOY, was she a tough act to follow! The Carrie actress was an absolute vision of fashion-forward youth in this neon yellow Simone Rocha dress. Shorter than knee-length but not quite a mini, the look was easy, fun, and age-appropriate paired with fresh-faced, peachy cheeks and loose half-up half-down hair.
With Election Day exactly two weeks away, supporters for each party are ramping up awareness and campaigns in lead-up. In response and opposition to Mitt Romney's policies regarding women's rights, specifically reproductive rights, filmmaker Sarah Sophie Flicker and Lesley Gore, the original artist behind feminist anthem "You Don't Own Me," have assembled a MASSIVE band of women to create a music video PSA around Gore's iconic song. While celebrity and media endorsements alone are no basis for a vote (unless it's for the EMAs *WINK*), we still can't help but sit up and take notice when a lip dub video — politically charged or not — boasts a laundry list of our favorite musicians, actresses, and fashion plates. This one just also happens to be sprinkled with information and messaging relevant to our own lives and rights.
This time last year, we urged you to keep your eyes on the inevitable rise of then hardly knowns like Chloë Moretz, Kat Graham, and Emma Stone, all of whom have blossomed into full-fledged style icons over the past 365 days. Now, we're directing your attention to a new crop of burgeoning "It" girls. The following 12 lovely ladies, running the gamut from glamazon Lana Del Rey to fashion mogul Tavi Gevinson to the transfixingly elegant Rooney Mara, make up our Class of 2012 Ones to Watch.

From the moment we first set eyes on the self-proclaimed gangster Nancy Sinatra, we were and have since been smitten with Lana Del Rey's captivating Hollywood sadcore aesthetic. Music critics may be torn about whether the budding songstress has merit, and rumors of major cosmetic surgery withstanding, you just can't stop looking at this girl. From her perpetual pout to her voluptuous cascading big barrel curls to a retro-inspired fashion sense that won't quit, Lana (aka Lizzy Grant) is without a doubt a gigantic rising style star to watch as 2012 unfolds.
