Rumors are FLYING that everyone's favorite family of Armenian-American television personalities (like there's a second one of those) is thinking about expanding their fleet of DASH boutiques to the Upper East Side. The sisters just opened their third store last November in the stylish SoHo district to mass hysteria, and it hasn't died down since. There is almost ALWAYS a throng of teens clamoring to get in and maybe snap a pic or two with a Kardashian. Unfortunately, the girls don't frequent the place as much as fans would hope, and the constant frenzy doesn't necessarily make for a casual retail experience. That's proooobably why that and the sky-high prices are the biggest complaint of shoppers (according to the comments on Yelp anyhow [LOLOLOLOL at people who comment on Yelp]). The boutiques feature clothing and accessories from brands like Whitney Eve, La Rok, 6126 by Lindsay Lohan, and Naven. Personally, we welcome the prospect of a DASH on the Upper East with open arms for two main reasons: (a) can you say "Kardashian Gossip Girl cameos"?!, and (b) UES is WAY closer to our offices.

With roughly 28 shows crammed into two days, the busiest time during New York Fall 2011 Fashion Week could quite possibly be the weekend. Yep, there was a lot of style fabulousness going on. Check out our fave lineups below and let us know if you agree.

JILL STUART: A lot, but not all, of the Fall 2011 fashion shows over the weekend featured dark threads. There was a color explosion at Jill Stuart's collection presentation, which was full of animal print dresses, faux fur, and color-blocked frocks.

PRABAL GURUNG: Red carpet-fave Prabal Gurung brought the whimsy to Fashion Week with his Fall 2011 collection, which was jammed with below-the-knee, belted cocktail dresses in regal hues like black, red and gray. To give the Great Expectations-inspired shifts edge, Gurung teamed them with funky-patterned tights and slick leather gloves with wrist ties.

DEREK LAM: It was fun to see Derek Lam’s collection on the runway, but more than anything we wanted to touch each and every piece. Plush furs, soft shearlings, and trendy wools dominated the designer's Fall 2011 line of coats, vests, and blazers. Comfy cozy.

HOT pink, HOT trend!

Hot pink dresses have been making the rounds on a host of celebrities this season. One of our favorite looks was the one Demi Lovato wore while performing with ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas on Good Morning America last Friday in New York. We loved the embellished neckline and pleated skirt, and the color just POPPED right off the stage. Because it's such a great summer color, make sure you try this trend before fall rolls around. Our top picks include this Express cami dress ($41.65), which has a flirty, V-shaped neckline like Demi's shift. Or, for a more covered-up casual spin, try this Pepe Jeans Silk Pocket dress ($75.83). The gathered drop waist makes it different, and it's almost the exact same bright shade of pink as Demi's look.

+ Price: $41.65 and $75.83.
