SHE does Paris Fashion Week.

If you ever went to Disney World as a little kid, then you likely know the unbridled joy of the beloved character's breakfast. As you and your family ordered eggs and bacon, Disney favorites would walk around the restaurant, allowing for photo ops and scribbling signatures in autograph books. It was kind of like meeting your idols (at an age when idolizing cartoons wasn't totally cray). As an adult, one might liken it to Rihanna's first few days of Paris Fashion Week, where she basically buddied up with ALL the best designers for a monster collection of framable photos. (It should also be noted that Rih managed to wear a different shade of lipstick in every single shot, which is just, like, wow. *bows down*)
Jared Leto for 'BULLETT' magazine.

Dang, Jared Leto has been killing it as of late. Between his cotton candy pink-colored bob on the cover of Candy and his high-fashion spread for Mr. Porter, the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman is constantly surprising us with his transformative (and inspiring!) style. Today, he added another magazine to his ever-growing collection by doing a super artsy shoot with BULLETT, and we're—GULP—loving it a bit too much. Basically, Jared is juxtaposed against some seriously '80s backgrounds including spray-painted drywall, a hot pink, photo-covered tarp and, um, garbage bags? Yeah, garbage bags. In his first look, we peep Jared rocking his signature stubble and baby bun in a graphic black and white John Galliano blazer and matching shirt. In another shot, he gets little kookier in a Muppet-inspired (à la Rihanna?) fuzzy teal Paul Smith sweater with a silver Siki Im apron (!!!), Dior Homme shirt, white Calvin Klein trousers, Jared's own checkered socks and metallic Comme des Garçons oxfords.
Rihanna performing in Buffalo, NY during her Diamonds World Tour on March 8.

Rihanna's oh-so-anticipated (and sold out!) Diamonds World Tour officially kicked off on Friday night in Buffalo, New York, which means there's tons of fresh performance outfits for us to drool over. Yasss! When it comes to Ri's on-stage ensembles, she doesn't mess around—longtime stylist Mel Ottenberg helped create an almost entirely-custom wardrobe for her tour, which includes everything from metallic jumpsuits to holographic sneakers to floor-sweeping capes. We counted 7 outfit changes (dang!) from her Friday show—one of our favorites being a superhero-inspired red, white, yellow and black custom Adam Selman (who we talked to last week!) leather bustier and pants number paired with custom Manolo Blahnik white snakeskin boots. According to WWD, Rihanna's all-black ensemble was custom Givenchy couture by Riccardo Tisci, which featured a black and white leather bra with golden buckles and stars, black silk and satin embroidered shorts, and a gold shark tooth necklace that says "RIRI." Also, PLEASE peep those thigh-high gold-studded leather boots. #dead
A$AP Rocky chats us up at Black Scale.
Not like it's news to anyone who's ever seen or heard anything about him, but we just have to reiterate it: A$AP Rocky is one seriously fashionable dude. (Along with being a talented rapper, having a great ear for beats, and watching his premier album Long. Live. A$AP. debut at No. 1 on Billboard, of course.) The 24-year-old Harlem native doesn't just rap about fashion killas, he is one. And it's not just that he knows how to put together an outfit. What makes Rocky such a particularly devastating fashion one-two punch is the volatile combination of his keen eye for couture paired with straight-out-of-the-cradle streetwear savvy.
ZOMG, you guys. LOOK at the sweatshirt A$AP Rocky Instagrammed himself wearing yesterday. Do you see what that says?!?? It reads, "RAF A$AP" in white, paint stroke lettering. RAF! As in, the immeasurably talented Raf Simons, helm of his own line and new artistic director of Dior. AS IN, the very same Raf Simons of is one of Rocky's absolute favorite designers on the planet. And what's more? The caption that went along with the picture is even better: "RAF SIMONS 1995 X A$VP - FRIENDS AND FAMILY." Ajakhdfjkgh, ex-CUUUUUSE me? Holy. Mother. Of Couture. A$AP Rocky and Raf Simons are teasing out a collab. This is MAJOR news.

Ever since A$AP Rocky stopped by MTV to talk fashion, our feelings for him have grown from straight-up crushin' to hardcore obsessed. We love the rapper for his fascination with designers and keen sense for couture, but when he stopped by menswear retailer Oki-Ni in London recently, he showed off a completely different side of his fashion knowledge—styling! Oki-Ni said, "As fans of his music will know, Raf Simons and Rick Owens are usually what he's dressed in, but on his recent visit to London we invited the New York rapper to try out a selection of other Oki-Ni brands including new SS13 pieces from Margiela, Kenzo and Paul Smith." Basically, A$AP styled and starred in his own shoot for the fashion retailer, and you can buy all his outfits directly on the site. AWESOME. While lounging in a bathtub (haaay) A$AP sports a Raf Simons floral top and black drop-crotch Rick Owens drawstring pants. In another look, he mixes prints by pairing a Maison Martin Margiela dotted shirt under a graphic Kenzo sweater. *fans self*
Okay, we know what you're probably thinking: "What week doesn't belong to Raf Simons??" And if you are pondering that, you do have a point. The Belgian fashion designer is extremely gifted and has been breathing his light into the fashion industry from his eponymously named menswear label to his former run at Jil Sander and now at the helm of legendary Christian Dior. We just mean that this week in particular, Raf has been on our minds and in our faces for a variety of things and via a variety of outlets from A$AP Rocky to adidas. Let's take a look!
A$AP ROCKY'S HIKING BOOTS

Harlem's finest, A$AP Rocky, dropped his debut album Long.Live.A$AP this Monday and kicked things off with a Tuesday night performance on The Late Show with David Letterman. For the most part, Rocky kept his stage steez pretty minimal: a crisp white button-up, white snapback, and a smark black shorts suit. All the better to let his footwear (this BANANAS pair of Raf Simons Spring/Summer 2008 De Stijl Lego multicolored hiking boots) shine.

Stop the fashion presses because the tumultuous wait is finally over! The New York Times is reporting that Dior has tapped former Jil Sander creative director Raf Simons to take the place of John Galliano at the helm of the house. Are you experiencing deja vu like we are right now? Not to worry, this is to be expected since the wait has been, oooohhhh, like a gazillion years and this whole "Who's gonna take over at Dior?" brouhaha has involved so much speculation and wishy-washiness (like that time when Marc Jacobs was thought to be the top choice or that other time when Fashionista April Fooled us into thinking it would be Kanye) that we almost gave up hope that anyone would ever be named. But this time it's for realsies, and from that photo above you can also tell that this dude is all about SERIOUS BUSINESS.

Whoa, gigantic fashion news! WWD is reporting that Raf Simons, creative director of minimalist fashion house Jil Sander, is leaving the company. What's the big deal, you ask? (Because fashion designers move around from time to time.) Well, this is particularly titillating for many reasons: A) because the rumor is that Simons is in talks to take over the vacant spot left by John Galliano over at Dior *gasp* and B) because the other rumor is that Jil Sander herself might be returning to her namesake label. Confused? Don't be. Quick rundown: Jil Sander—the actual woman who started her eponymous label known for minimalist chic 44 years ago—resigned in 2000, following a 75 percent sale of the company to the Prada Group. The company faltered without her at the helm, so she returned in 2003 only to resign again in 2004 and DISAPPEAR from the fashion world completely. (Major dramz.) She popped up again in 2009 to design the +J collection for Uniqlo, but she just resigned from that position recently too. And THIS is where it gets interesting, folks...
