Is anyone else getting super anxious for the official drop of Nicki Minaj's Shop Your Way collection with Kmart? Barbz, I know you feel me. We've been following along since the first mention of the collaborative clothing line, carved out time for the live press conference, set our alarms for the first look, and even placed our ballots for the t-shirt slogan contest. Each step taking us closer to the collection's slated launch this fall but also forcing us to ask a little louder, "CAN WE HAZ YET?" Welp, here's another milestone to add to the road to the line's final unveiling: behind-the-scenes video of Nicki and her design team working on the collection.

As it turns out, we weren't crazy when we noticed Nicki Minaj's newly simplified style for 2013—Barbz fired her stylist and hairdresser for a seriously stylish new look, and it seems like her Kmart clothing line will likely follow suit. At a live press conference in Hollywood on Friday, Nicki answered all her fan's burning questions via ShopYourWay.com, and she said her collection is going to be filled with tons of "quality" pieces. "My big thing is that it cannot look cheesy and cheap, and that is what I want to give my beautiful Barbz." But that's just the beginning! Nicki filled us in on what her process will be like, what will be included in the line, and who will inspire her collection. Check out highlights from the press conference below!

We can't say we were surprised when we heard that Nicki Minaj and Adam Levine would be launching their own clothing and accessories lines at Kmart and Shop Your Way in 2013. The two musicians-turned-reality-show-judges will "design and develop their collections with Kmart to reflect their strong creative talents, expressive personalities, and distinctive individual styles," according to the press release. I mean, Nicki has been very openly shopping around her potential clothing line since last August, and even back then said, "My biggest goal was to make a line that was going to be affordable to my fans and also rich enough in quality that they'll feel like they're wearing exactly what I'm wearing." And for Adam, well, remember he launched a clothing collection (called 222) back in 2010, and since then has been flirting in and out of fashion world by performing at the Victoria's Secret runway show and releasing his first-ever fragrance? Yep, we've been keeping our eyes on y'all!
