A$AP Ferg in the Astrid Andersen x Topman lookbook.
Astrid Andersen, the super-rad menswear designer loved by dudes and girls alike, tapped A$AP Ferg as the face of her new collaboration with Topman, because she's cool, and he's cool, and together their coolness cannot be stopped. I mean, LOOK!
The dudes of A$AP Mob are no strangers to modeling—remember when Rocky gave his best blue steel for DKNY? Of course you do. But this is Ferg's first time posing for the camera for a brand, at least as far as campaigns go. Not that you'd ever be able to tell—the guy looks like he was was born to mean mug in hot pink basketball shorts.
While the Grammys might not be held as sartorially high as the silver screen’s awards shows, what they lack in couture, they make up for in conversation-starting left-field looks, daring hairstyles, and crazy nails. This year there was a little more couture than usual, but also a greater discrepancy between those wearing it and their dressed-down counterparts. (We see you, Pharrell.) But that’s OK, because the artists who got a little more fancy than everyone else stood out (for the better) that much more.
TAYLOR SWIFT IN GUCCI

Not shockingly, Taylor Swift did not go bold this year—or veer away from her now-signature white/silver palette. We get it, Swift: You are obsessed with Madonna’s “Ray of Light.” Or you want to look like one. Whatever the case, while she stuck with her usual color choice, she at least toughened up her look a little thanks to Gucci’s chain mail gown, a nice risk to see and surely not a comfortable one.
New York Fashion Week may be a little over a month away, but here at MTV Style, we don't just keep an eye on women's ready-to-wear collections. We keep our sights glued on all countries, seasons, levels of craftsmanship, and genders for style inspiration. Thus, we're warming up our trendspotters with the men's fall/winter 2013 London Collections. Here are the unexpected trends we've spied from the week's dude fashion forecast.

Kanye West closed out 2012 with a pair of high fashion face masks for his Revel Atlantic City concerts. Judging from this week's offerings via Alexander McQueen and MAN, 2013 might be the year the casual face mask becomes (a little more) mainstream!
Girls want snapbacks too!

Listen, we LOVE snapback caps, and to be honest, we've been getting a wee bit jealous that mostly dudes are sporting this throwback hat trend. We got inspired by Rihanna's sneaker and snapback street style as of late, and thought, "DANG. We want to sport some fun and summery hats with our ensembles this season!" So that's exactly what we did—we scoured the internet to find the coolest caps for y'all, and to be TOTALLY honest (again), most of them were found in the men's section. (What gives?) But boy or girl aside, the hats are adjustable in the back (hence the name, snapback) to fit your head oh-so-perfectly. One of our favorite finds for this summer is the NEFF Donut snapback ($24) with, yes, rainbow sprinkles (!!!) all over the top. Basically, this turns your head into an instant chocolate confection, which is amazing for obvious reasons.

And a good Monday morning to you, TOO, Complex and Justin Bieber! As a doting Belieber, it's SUUUUPER jarring to see the "Baby" heartthrob bruised and bloodied and seemingly in pain, especially immediately upon turning on my computer. *rubs eyes vigorously in horror* In honor of the mag's 10th Anniversary Issue, Justin graces two of the monumental covers gussied up in a tux with bandages and a steak-soaked black eye as a physical/artistic representation of the growing pains experienced by both the newly 18-year-old Bieber and birthday-celebrating Complex itself.
