Olivia Palermo is a cover girl! The City star landed on the cover of the British magazine Tatler for its October issue, and we're dying over the cover line — "GIRL OF THE YEAR!" Is she really Girl Of The Year?! It's kind of a big statement to make, and maybe that's why she's making a shocked deer-in-headlights face for the picture. But, overall, we're super happy for Olivia Palermo. Especially because she got to wear a gorgeous outfit on the cover — one of the dresses from Miu Miu's fall collection.
