What's up with preteens these days? First there was Willow Smith and her funky-fab style, now there's Elle Fanning (Dakota's lil' sis), whose vintage-y fashion sense has already inspired women twice (er, triple) her age. The younger Fanning, who stars in Sofia Coppola's new flick Somewhere, recently talked fashion in the December 2010 issue of Interview magazine. She actually dropped some style knowledge that not many 12-year-olds (or 32-year-olds, for that matter) know! On a side note: Check out the pics and quotes below from Elle's Interview interview.
