Just putting it out there, Taylor Swift MUST have superhuman powers or something. Besides selling a record-breaking 1.2 million copies of her new album Red in its very first week, she manages to head straight from a whirlwind promo tour in NYC back home to Nashville for the Country Music Awards. Whew! We're tired just thinking about it. And the biggest (although not that surprising) accomplishment? Even with a crazed schedule like this one, she still looks gorgeous. For several weeks now Taylor's been driving her Red message home with—what else?—a closet full of red clothing. The CMA Awards last night proved no different, as the pop star worked not just one but two different cherry-hued dresses on the carpet and onstage.
The 22-year-old arrived to the event dressed in a nude Jenny Packham lace gown embellished with glittery red floral detailing. With such a long, lean silhouette, the floor-length number reminds us a little bit of another TSwift red fashion hit, from the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. But it wasn't before long when Taylor switched things up for her "Begin Again" performance, trading the column dress for a shorter red and white frock and kitten heels. Although the two outfits may be (slightly) different, Tay DID keep her beauty look consistent, working bright red lipstick with both.
