'Gangsta' Singer Kat Dahlia Dishes On Miami Style And Mixing H&M With Versace In Exclusive Interview

We've liked Kat Dahlia for a while now, ever since her smoky soulful breakout single "Gangsta" debuted late last year. However, today the singer has dropped the song's video upon the world and well, let's just say we're officially obsessed. Shot in her Miami hometown, the clip follows the 21-year-old throughout her local haunts, with the same gritty flashbacks and shadowy edge that we've come to associate with the autobiographical track. Although Kat's vocal prowess is NOTHING new, something that wasn't quite so obvious— until now, that is— is her killer style. With a self-described "boho urban glam" wardrobe and an affinity for mixing designer and fast fashion, we got the chance to quiz her on all this and more when she stopped by MTV recently. Miley Cyrus Tints Her Hair 'Platinum'!

To state the obvious, it has been a HUGE couple of months for Miley Cyrus and her hair. We all remember when the singer first took the short hair plunge back in the summer, right?! Then she went even shorter in the fall, revealing a close side-cropped 'do. And now, after inspiring fellow pixie fans like Lena Dunham to chop hers off and earning a slot on our Best Hair of 2012 list, the pop star has taken her new look up a notch, tinting her bottle-blonde locks EVEN lighter than before with shimmery silver highlights. She showed off the change in Los Angeles on Friday while heading into the studio, and subsequently sent Twitter into overdrive about her new "blue" color. However, Miley was quick to clear the air that the hue isn't actually blue like everyone originally thought.

Kate Nash Talks London Designers And Not Being Intimidated By Fashion In Exclusive Interview [Video]

It's hard to believe it's been FIVE YEARS since we first started crushing on Kate Nash, way back when her whip-smart and earwormy single "Foundations" burst upon the scene in 2007. But good news for everyone with a Kate-shaped hole in our hearts, because she's back! And she's making up for lost time. The London-based singer has a new album appropriately titled Girl Talk, which drops next week, and if her preview track "3 AM" is any indication, expect more of the catchy cleverness we've come to associate with the musician. If you're anything like us, Carly Rae Jepsen's high-flying breakup anthem "Tonight I'm Getting Over You" has comfortably weaseled its way into your consciousness, whether you realized it or not. But regardless of HOW the song got there, let's all agree that we're really, really glad it did. While the "Call Me Maybe" songstress's followup is just as earwormy as her 2012 summer breakout, her new music video for the track showcases some key changes taking place in Carlyland. The singer is slightly more grown up now, after all, and so is her wardrobe. The clip follows Carly and her BF (played by Brandon Gray) throughout the course of their relationship, and that means LOTS of outfit changes.

H&M's Fall 2013 Runway Show: Sequins, Faux Fur, And (Affordable) Opulence

When we heard that H&M was plotting a runway show during Fashion Week, we had a feeling it was going to be big. But once we found out that the retailer was showing at the Musée Rodin in PARIS, well, that's when things became epic, and luckily the "wow" factor at yesterday's event didn't disappoint. First, though, let's be real: we know that you can't compare H&M to Paris Fashion Week MVPS like Dior, YSL, and Chanel. It's like apples and oranges, we get it. But the fact that the Swedish fast fashion giant nabbed celebs like Chloe Moretz, Ashley Olsen, and Emma Roberts to fill the front row AND snagged top models like Cara Delevingne to showcase their fall wares? Well, it just speaks to the high-profile extravagance and entertainment that Fashion Week these days is all about. Anyway, on to the clothes! Nodding to '70s stylesetters like Jane Birkin, models worked the runway in sequin and chiffon dresses, statement separates, and oversized outerwear. It's easy, always cute, and an effortlessly cool uniform that anyone can appreciate.

Zosia Mamet And Jemima Kirke Work The Wet Hair Look For 'V Magazine'

Full disclosure: despite whatever our moms might say about catching a cold, we're TOTALLY guilty of leaving the house with wet hair (sorry we're not sorry?). It's usually the result of pressing the "snooze" button too many times and just not having the energy to deal with a blow dryer, but hey, if Shailene Woodley can rock the just-showered look on the red carpet, then we figure it's alright for the streets of Brooklyn. The folks over at V Magazine clearly feel the same way, since they've styled Girls actresses Zosia Mamet and Jemima Kirke in slick, side-swept 'dos in the glossy's new March issue. Equal parts "OMG I'm so late to work!" low-maintenance and high-fashion glam, the look's runway cred owes a lot to Alexander Wang, who's shown wet-looking hair on the catwalk multiple times the past couple of seasons.

Charli XCX And Sky Ferreira Take On The '90s At NME Awards

Well, looks like somebody- make that TWO people- have been brushing up on their Clueless, their Spice Girls, and their Daria! Two of our absolute fave '90s babies, Charli XCX and Sky Ferreira attended the NME Awards yesterday in London, decked out in their retro grunge girl best and showing off their own takes on '90s staples. Charli's been obsessed with the Spice Girls since pretty much forever, and it shows- in her music AND style, whether it's Buffalo platform shoes, rubber bracelets, or crop tops. The London singer brought back the decade in full force on the red carpet last night, rocking her beloved Buffalos (she told The Fader that she owns 6 pairs!) as well as a knee-length plaid pleated skirt, long-sleeve crop, and ripped tights. Then there's Sky, who took a different twist on the '90s trends with her trademark schoolgirl uniform.

Paloma Faith Is A Rising Style Star

Paloma Faith miiiight not be a household name for those of us stateside quite yet, but fingers crossed that's about to change really, really soon. The English singer and songwriter is already a HUGE star overseas thanks to her soaring high-pitched vocals, two albums (which are both extremely awesome, we might add) and a penchant for turning her live performances into a fashion explosion of eye-popping dresses, heels, and even headwear. Now that her U.S. debut Fall To Grace has finally hit America and she's in the midst of a whirlwind global tour, it's officially time to crown Paloma Faith our newest rising style star. So get ready to wake up and hear the music!

Proving that the stage really IS her personal catwalk, Paloma's a huge fan of rocking emerging designers like William Wilde and Wendy Benstead alongside mainstays like Dolce & Gabbana. But whether it's sequins, jewel tones, or a serious mermaid silhouette, Paloma pulls it off with standout charisma. It should go without saying that this lady is an utter beauty chameleon, as well, rocking her auburn hair in retro rolls, a messy beehive, OR topping it off with hats by her fave milliner Piers Atkinson.

We've been dying to get our eyes on Jennifer Lawrence's new Miss Dior campaign ever since we first heard that the Oscar winner (get used to us saying that, Jenn!) was named the face of the French brand back in October. It's clearly our lucky day, because now we've not ONLY got the gorgeous Spring/Summer ads, but a special behind the scenes sneak peek, as well. Because if we've learned ANYTHING over the past few months? It's that we can never have enough J.Law in our lives.
