Is there another designer who runs the social media game like Rebecca Minkoff? Besides being super active on Twitter, Minkoff made that cray-mazing "Call Me Maybe" video with model Hilary Rhoda and The Man Repeller's Leandra Medine while the trio were getting ready for the CFDA awards, AND that ultra adorbs Spring/Summer 2012 video with Agyness Deyn. Oh and also she makes the MOST covet-worthy bags, shoes, dresses, etc., EVAR. Seriously, it's kind of embarrassing, but we've spent a really inappropriate amount of procrastination time zooming in and out of images of the Morning After Bag, which is, like, our dream bag (well mine at least). Gotta go take an Advil for my desire-headache, excuse me. *Sigh* Seriously, though, Minkoff rules, and we're positive that her boundary-breaking look book is going to rule too! Unwilling, or maybe actually incapable, of sticking to the norm, the designer is ANIMATING her Resort 2013 book, enlisting the photographic help of Aaron Stern and the digital production prowess of Killdisco Design. Now, another thing about us- we LURVE animated GIFs. Who doesn't? We also love fashion, duh, so GIFS + Fashion? Heaven.

Sketches Of Jennifer Lopez's Zuhair Murad Summer Tour Wardrobe Revealed

It's only logical course that, after being crowned "The Most Beautiful Woman in the World" last year and universally respected for her game-changing weekly style exploits on her American Idol-hosting day job, legendary designers are banging down Jennifer Lopez's door for a chance to swaddle her in their garments. One designer has come through as a clear favorite. Beirut-based Zuhair Murad is responsible for both of J.Lo's Oscar night dresses, the elegant white gown with cut-out sleeves and the plunging-necklined sequin-covered number she sported to the Vanity Fair party. The Lebanese designer will be outfitting Jenny with six looks for her summer tour and has just released sketches for a few of his creations!

We Have Evidence That A$AP Rocky And Alexander Wang Video Chat

It's no secret that rapper A$AP Rocky loves designer Alexander Wang. When he dropped his "Goldie" music video earlier in May, he was outfitted completely in head-to-toe designer duds while cruising around the City of Lights. But we didn't quite know how good of friends the two were until we watched this clip from MTV2's Sucker Free Countdown, and, um, they're total besties. A$AP called Alex in via video chat (!!!) to talk about fashion, and we just about died. It basically went down like this: Alexander Wang is all smiles as he talks about how excited he is to work with A$AP, to which the rapper responded, "Those clothes man! This is just too trill, I love it. This is runway s*** here, you know what I'm saying? I love it right now. I'm going to make it look good for you. I'm going to make it look good for you." Alexander replied, "It looks good! I'm sure you'll make me proud." Awwwwwww. Is this not THE cutest thing ever? When music and fashion combine our hearts can barely handle it, and this is probably one of our favorite artist collabs to date. Check out the full video below!

Madonna's MDNA Tour Costumes Designed By Jean Paul Gaultier And Jeremy Scott Revealed!

We basically flipped our LID when we heard that Madonna and Jean Paul Gaultier were reuniting for her MDNA tour (it kicks off today in Tel Aviv!), but WWD got a hold of some sketches of the outfits and OH. MUH. GAH. Not only is there JPG amazingness, but Jeremy Scott and Arianne Phillips also make KILLER appearances in her on-stage ensembles. Her Gaultier design (which she wears during her "Vogue" number, above) is an entirely black and white menswear-inspired ensemble that features a button-up white shirt, tie, wide leg trousers, over-the-elbow gloves, and—GASP—THE ICONIC CONE BUSTIER FROM HER 1990 BLOND AMBITION TOUR. *cries* “We played with the ideas of a suit and a corset. But the corset is now like a cage,” Gaultier told WWD. “What I have done this time is a nod to the conical bra corset of the Blond Ambition tour but reinterpreted in 3-D, in patent leather on the outside with metallic leather on the inside. It’s all about masculine and feminine, Madonna and Jean Paul Gaultier classics reinterpreted for 2012.”

These Are A Few Of Richard Chai's Favorite Things

There's nothing NOT to <3 about the uh-mazing designer Richard Chai. If you're a dedicated MTV Style reader (as you should be!) you know that Richie bangs out some seriously salivating sartorial haute sauce, whether it be via NYFW runways or the cement, stiletto-stomping catwalks of SoHo. Newsflash: The 2010 CFDA champion (who received the Swarovski Award for Menswear, NBD) is not at all afraid of some floral pattern action, and we're not afraid of opening a few credit cards to seriously spice up our closet's life. And can we all please agree on something incredibly important? His 10/10 dreamboat rating. *swoon* (I may or may not have spotted/creeped on Chai on many a downtown, strobe-light flashing dance floor, mesmerized by his effortlessly cool steez AKA immaculate face whilst I'm getting my Robyn-inspired stilettos (okay, Converse)-and-broken-bottles on.) So, put your hot dog down y'all because for this especially special Memorial Weekend Favorite Things' edish, RICHARD FREAKIN' CHAI (!!!) spills all of the fashion-y beans (see: Linda Farrow sunnies, a sparkly Rolex, Vita Coco Coconut H20 as a hangover helper). YUM!

Jeremy Scott Designs Custom Graffiti Ensembles For Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday Tour

Is it just us or has Jeremy Scott been KILLIN' it lately? Earlier this week the designer revealed a 24K gold ensemble he created for Rihanna, and today we discovered that he outfitted THE Nicki Minaj for her summer-long Pink Friday tour. She kicked it off yesterday with a performance in Sydney, Australia, and we couldn't get enough of her hot pink and yellow ensemble! Jeremy Scott tweeted that he created these graffiti-inspired looks for Ms. Minaj and her backup dancers, and we must discuss them IMMEDIATELY.

Prepare Yourself: The Karl Lagerfeld-Snoop Dogg Music Video Is Finally Here

It's crazy to think it's been almost a year since we first told you about Karl Lagerfeld and Snoop Dogg's forthcoming music video, but now the day has finally come- and trust us when we say it's 100% worth the wait. Tapped by Europop star Jean-Roch, the oddest couple ever lends their swag to his latest single, which is a musical ode to the luxe beach town of St. Tropez (yep, it's all as ridiculous as it sounds..) The video for the eponymous track rolls out with grand movie-style opening credits, before settling above the clouds where the white-suited Kaiser meets up with Jean-Roch and informs him that heaven's not the only version of paradise. Spoiler alert: St. Tropez is, too. That's when the vid quickly cuts back to Earth, where Snoop's holding things down by the water in his signature pigtails and ready to fist-pump up a storm.

Rihanna Channels Cleopatra In 24K Gold Alligator Jeremy Scott Couture Ensemble

We were perusing the internets just like we do, um, every minute of every day and accidentally stumbled upon a gold mine. Rihanna's BFF snapped a pic of Ri before her Robin Hood Foundation gala performance on Monday night, and we couldn't tear our eyes away from her shimmering ensemble. RiRi channeled Cleopatra in her all-gold get-up by sporting a cobra snake tiara, blunt bangs, gold hoops, and snake arm cuff. For her makeup, she wore all white shadow around her eyes, dramatic liquid eyeliner, turquoise blue brows, and gold leafing along her nose and cheeks. She finished the look with matching gold lipstick and bustier, but we NEEDED to know more about her ensemble!

Mariah Carey Reported To Receive Couture Wardrobe From Azzedine Alaïa

Holy mother of fashion news nuggets! On this drizzly Wednesday afternoon, we honestly couldn't have dreamt up a style Easter egg as brain-bleedingly exciting as the prospect of GENIUS couturier Azzedine Alaïa outfitting the equally legendary Mariah Carey. Coco Perez reports that the designer "has agreed to design an array of exclusive outfits for Mimi to wear at upcoming events." If Mariah's unforgettable guest appearance on the OG run of MTV Cribs is any indication of what the word "wardrobe" means to her (recollect the single-family home sized closet with multiple walls of high heels and the many many outfit changes within said episode), we expect the volume of this couture hook-up to be MAMMOTH.

If it was even up for discussion, let us now make it unimpeachably clear that Lady Gaga's love affair with Versace is no fleeting fling. From that gold, leather, and netted custom Grammy outfit to her self-proclaimed obsession with the brand and her vow to wear only vintage Versace for two months, it should be quite obvious that Gagaloo genuinely appreciates the legendary fashion house in all its studded, sexy glory. As she embarks on the first stops of her Born This Way Ball tour, her infatuation is a flag she waves proudly, wearing Donatella design after design after design both on and off the stage.
