Emma Watson attended GQ's Men of the Year Awards in London wearing a full-skirted McQ tartan dress topped with a black motorcycle jacket and Christian Louboutin spiked heels. It was very '50s motorcycle babe meets Highland lassie, and we think that combo rocks. {via Just Jared}

Scarlett Johansson attended a Moët & Chandon party in Shanghai wearing a highly covetable, green polka dot Marc Jacobs dress. Offset with smoky eyes, pink lipstick, and her superhero-esque red tinted hair, this look pretty much wins on every level. {via Oh No They Didn't!}

• Seeing as how it's Fashion Week and time to get our nails into GEAR to survive these upcoming fast-paced days, we love this Missoni-inspired manicure created by ZebberCollective's Sarah Havens. Colorful and full of zigzags and a pyramid eye, this design may be intricate but we think the results are both spirited and spectacular. {via Stylelist}

Anne Hathaway is the face of TOD's new Signature Collection of jewel tone handbags and clutches. Shot by fashion faves Mert & Marcus, Anne, yet again, stuns goth style with pale skin, dark femme fatale hair, and blood red lips. {via Coco Perez}

• Everyone's favorite go-to Fashion Week wardrobe fixer, Zara, begins selling online today! Yes, that means the runway-inspired coats, bags, shoes, and dresses can make it to your closet quicker just by lifting a few fingers. {via Elle}

Justin Bieber is getting a grill. Apparently, the Biebs is having a removable, diamond encrusted, six-teeth-covering grill made by If & Co to go along with an as yet to be determined Halloween costume. What (or who) do you think he's going to be?! {via Coco Perez}

Better get in line a teensy bit early. {via Racked}

• To launch its fall nail polish shades, Chanel made an incredible, hands-on "Shade Parade" video featuring a series of fingers dancing against a black backdrop. We've been watching it on repeat, especially to memorize the new shades featured in the end credits. We've got our eyes on you, Orange Fizz! {via Bellasugar}

Fashion's Night Out is almost here, and Marc Jacobs just announced that he'll be appearing with Dakota Fanning at his SoHo store to celebrate her campaign for his fragrance, Oh, Lola! Seems like Jacobs—like all of us—has fallen in love with the Fanning sisters (Elle Fanning is also rumored to be attending his Fashion Week show), which makes us wonder if there are any more wee Fannings waiting in the wings. We'd like to get a jump-start on an our obsessions NOW. {via Vogue}

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are employing guest stylists to help launch each new line of T-shirts for their Stylemint retail site, and they're rolling out videos to introduce each person. Aside from working with the company and dressing some of the girls in Vegas, there is the upcoming NBC series The Playboy Club, which is helping to revive retro bunny style. But judging by their preshow sketches, it's also all about reviving glamour. {via The Cut}

Christian Siriano is expanding his popular shoe line for Payless to up to 20 new styles. The Christian Siriano For Payless collection will include more of his signature black shoes, heeled booties, and handbags that are all about a "high-fashion look but with a more accessible price point." We know we're supposed to type "FIERCE!" but that seems obvious. How about AWESOME instead? {via Coco Perez}

Emma Roberts attended the House of Hype's 2011 VMA afterparty looking very downtown New York chic. Dressed in head-to-toe black with blown-out hair and ruby red lips, we think she'll fit in just fine when she moves to the Big Apple this month for college. {via Just Jared}

• London is exhibiting its first-ever nail art exhibition, NAILPHILIA. DegreeArt.com paired nail techs with fashion peeps to create a series of photos and installations involving Minx nails, Cheap Monday's nail jewelry, and Laruicci, creators of Beyoncé’s "Run the World" gold claws. The results are MIND BLOWING, and we're fully prepared to give up our entire weekend trying to re-create this manicure madness. {via Time Out London}

Rihanna, in wax.

Rihanna's got a wax figure! Madame Tussaud's in Berlin unveiled the first wax interpretation of Ri Ri wearing a blue leotard, pink garters, and her formerly crimson hair. What's even crazier is that it LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE HER. Really. Wow. {via Buzzworthy}

• There are crazy rumors that Lady Gaga is engaged to her on-and-off-again boyfriend Luc Carl, so some Irish dude started placing bets on who would design her wedding dress. Her sister Natali is the current lead choice, with "balloons" being a winning dress silhouette. {via The Cut}

Madonna is teaming with Gucci to present the Gucci Award for Women in Cinema this week at the Venice Film Fest, where Her MADGEsty will also be screening her new fashion-heavy film, W.E. Also, slightly related, check out this carcass of a mutilated peacock she wore atop her well-preserved person in a photo-op with Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini. {via Coco Perez}

• The Missoni for Target collection will be hitting Target stores in mid-September, and there's a new video interview with poster girl Margherita Missoni talking about the 400+ collection. We have a feeling there will be wavy stripes ALL OVER our lives once this Italian madness hits the Great Land. {via The Fashion Spot}

• Our street-style fave Solange Knowles apparently caused quite the commotion in Miami recently when she tried to enter a club carrying an unusual accessory. Allegedly, police refused to let her enter with a giant, five-foot inflatable banana, even threatening to deflate the innocent fruit. Solange took to her Twitter feed to rant about it; whereabouts of the offended banana are unknown. {via Miami Herald}

Justin Bieber is not only working on an album of new songs, he's also recording a holiday album of classic and new songs, too. This guy works hard for the money (and for his fans) and will donate the proceeds from the sale of the album to charity. We Bieblebe in the Christmas spirit of Bieber! {via M Magazine}

Selena Gomez rapped to Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass" word-for-word on New Music Live wearing the cutest horse t-shirt and gray striped shorts. We hope she'll duet it with Nicki one day while they both wear bubblegum pink catsuits and yellow eyeshadow. {via Oh No They Didn't!}

• While on vacation in Portofino, Rihanna spent some time shopping at Louis Vuitton in a white, nearly backless jumpsuit. What did she end up buying? Surprisingly, nothing, but she looked great while [not] doing it. {via Coco Perez}

Avril Lavigne attended the after-party for her clothing line Abbey Dawn in Las Vegas wearing a black ballerina outfit and ripped tights. We wonder if this goth Black Swan look is a preview of what we'll see during her show at New York Fashion Week. {via Just Jared}

• From simple strands to stripes and tips, this has been the summer of colored hair. We thought we'd seen it all until we came across this rainbow hair masterpiece. Imagine every color of the—yes—rainbow cascading down in undulating shades. It also seems to work teased and smoothed into a pseudo-beehive. {via Fashion Indie}

Michelle Williams My Week With Marilyn.

• A new poster for the upcoming film My Week With Marilyn shows Michelle Williams looking VERY Marilyn-esque in a form-fitting ice blue dress, white trench, and cat-eye sunglasses. The normally diminutive actress seems to have totally va-va-voomed herself up for this role, and we're loving the whole platinum and red-lipped insouciance she has going on. {via Oh No They Didn't!}

• Animal prints seem to be everywhere from nails to shoes for fall, and Rose Byrne rocked the look at The Late Show With David Letterman. She wore a green and blue Dolce & Gabbana leopard dress with a simple gold chain and inky black pumps. Yep, this is pretty much how we want to look every time we go out. {via Styleist}

Uniqlo's last +J Collection with Jil Sander is a dark mix of sleek woolen coats, structured dresses, and pine green puffer jackets. It's all very moody and sophisticated, like the most civilized of breakups. {via Fashionista}

• Get ready to channel your inner Marie Antoinette! The famed French pâtisserie, Ladurée—creator of all of those deliciously colorful pastries in Sofia Coppola's film—is opening its first U.S. location in New York next week. Now you can pick up your own array of pastel macarons and spend the rest of the night devouring them while trying to re-create one of those let-them-eat-cake hairdos. {via Elle}

The Twilight Saga's Kellan Lutz launched his menswear line Dylan George and Abbot + Main in Las Vegas. To clarify, he is the Abbot + Main component to the already established Dylan George denim line, and it's all inspired by Venice Beach. Lucky for us (and for Twi-hards everywhere) the women's collection will debut next spring. {via Coco Perez}

Opening Ceremony's carnival party for Fashion's Night Out is sure to be one of the evening's highlights, especially now that Miss Piggy will be making an appearance. Everyone's favorite fashionable pig plans to unveil the new Muppets x Opening Ceremony collection. We hope Kermit's there in skinny jeans! {via Fashionista}

• Forget about September, Vogue Japan lives in the future and is already pushing out its OCTOBER issue featuring Florence Welch from Florence and The Machine on the cover. Dressed in a tailored tuxedo complete with red jacket covered in multicolored dragons, we think this cover, regardless of the month, is one of the best we've seen lately. {via Oh No They Didn't!}

Beyoncé wants you to "feel the power" of her "electric" new fragrance, Pulse. In the first commercial for the stark, modern-looking perfume, she walks down a futuristic runway with a look that says, "If you don't wear this, I will EXTINGUISH your PULSE." We're both scared and intrigued. {via Kiss & Makeup}

Elle Fanning was out and about in L.A. rocking a Rolling Stones T-shirt and red Elton John glasses. We don't know whether to call this look classic rock or reinvented modern retro. Maybe we can just call it cute. {via Just Jared}

• The first look of the new Alexa Chung for Madewell line reveals a muted mix of preppy basics that already has us desperate to see more from the September collection. Shot in and around Austin, Texas—the Music Capital of the World, FYI—the ads feature the permanently cool Alexa tiptoeing along some train tracks. {via People}

• The staff over at fashion website Racked.com decided to see what the gigantic, 758-page September issue of Vogue magazine could crush with the weight of its fashion (i.e., ad) heavy brilliance. Sadly, a bag of Goldfish fared better than a simple plastic cup. {via Racked}
