Cee Lo Green flashed some feminine flair at the Woman's Day 8th Annual Red Dress Awards on Tuesday night in New York City. The rapper showed up for the celebration in big black rose stud earrings! It wasn't the bling we were used to seeing on Cee Lo, but we loved the unexpected touch. If you're dying to try the look yourself (girls and guys, OBVIOUSLY!), check out the baubles below, including our faves: Flower Stud Earrings from The Limited, which are also black, but come with a sparkly center for some extra pizzazz; and Betsey Johnson's collection of petal pushers.

Who says you need a fancy tripod and zoom lens to shoot fashion photos? Scott Sternberg, the designer behind BOY by Band of Outsiders, used a point-and-shoot Polaroid (yep, A POLAROID) to snap these whimsical shots of Kirsten Dunst for his Spring 2011 lookbook, which was just released. The Spider-Man star modeled preppy-with-an-edge pieces—chinos, blazers and short-shorts—in Huntington Botanical Gardens in Pasadena, Calif. It's all very Virgin Suicides, don't you think?

You cant really see the flowers, but they're blooming on the camouflage print jacket, shorts that Kirsten wears here with oxfords.

Nap time! Kirsten, in a print skirt, cropped trench coat, cashmere cardigan, and sandals, found her shady spot.

Fashion bloggers with Polaroids, this is the image you should try to re-create: Kirsten rocks head-to-toe white—linen pleated shorts, a button-down shirt, and those gold saddle shoes again—in a lush field of fauna.

Keira Knightley outside the Comedy Theatre on Jan. 24, 25, and 31 in London.
Photo: FilmMagic

Keira Knightley proved that you don't have to rock a brand spankin' new outfit every day of the week to look good. Last week, the British beauty (who is performing in "The Children's Hour" at the Comedy Theatre in London) mixed and matched pieces to create three perfecto street style looks. On Jan. 24, the actress wore a beige Burberry coat with skinny jeans and beige Acne "Pistol" booties. The very next day, Keira wore the same denim pants, but chose an olive green topper with pretty gold buttons and an exaggerated collar. And on Jan. 31, she brought back those cute beige booties, which she paired with a cropped black jacket, a blue knit dress and a slouchy gray Topshop snood. We loved how the actress sneakily repeated classic pieces while still switching up just enough elements to create a unique outfit. But what do you think?

Taylor Momsen at the Tokidoki x Onitsuka Tiger launch in West Hollywood on Oct. 26, and a model at the Nina Ricci Spring Summer 2011 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week.

It felt a little like déjà vu when we read this recent Lucky magazine post about red smoky eye shadow, which was dusted on models' lids at Nina Ricci’s spring runway show, being the hottest thing since sliced bread. We’ve seen those ruby-rimmed peepers before (and we even wrote about 'em)! Taylor Momsen went red while hosting the Tokidoki X Onitsuka Tiger Sneaker collaboration launch party on Oct. 26. Remember, this look is pegged as a Spring 2011 makeup must-try, so Taylor was 145 days ahead of the trend (in case you’re keeping count). We may never get down with the red eye—it looks...itchy—but kudos to Ms. Momsen for being on top of her makeup game.

Hollywood's leading ladies pulled out their hottest garments for the 17th Annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards show last night. While color (and lots of it!) was a common thread throughout the night, we also spotted stars working other fierce trends, including belted gowns, sexy slits, and smoky eyes.

BELTED BEAUTIES: Lea Michele got high marks in a low-cut silver sequined Oscar de La Renta dress, which she wore with with a skinny gold belt. Claire Danes wore a billowing floral strapless gown by Marc Jacobs. Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence looked pretty in pink thanks to her wrapped and belted Oscar De La Renta number.

THIGH-HIGH SLITS: For Sofia Vergara (in neon blue Roberto Cavalli), Rosario Dawson (in sherbert yellow J. Mendel), and Jayma Mays (in soft peach Jenny Packham), their sheaths were just as important as their shoes. Each of the celeb's dress featured a slit to THERE—all the better to show off their strappy peep toes with.

FIERY FROCKS: While the Golden Globes were awash in green (remember?), the SAGs were all about red and orange. Newcomer Hailee Steinfeld looked modern and chic in a striped Prada dress. Sarah Hyland rocked a blazing waist-knotted Max Mara dress. And Mila Kunis was also on trend in a flowy Alexander McQueen strapless number.

SMOLDERING EYES: Natalie Portman, Christina Hendricks and Dianna Agron all sported their own take on the smoky eye look. Natalie kept hers soft and subtle by using brown and taupe eye shadows; Christina used traditional shadow shades of silver, gray, and slate liner; and Dianna emphasized the line around her eyes to create a cat-eye effect.

Alexa Chung on Jan. 24, 2011, Michelle Williams on Jan. 16, 2011, and Bonnie Wright on Dec. 3, 2010.

Spring has sprung (a little early, but who cares!), courtesy of Alexa Chung, Michelle Williams and Bonnie Wright, who all recently stepped out in '70s-inspired Flower Child frocks. Alexa Chung arrived at the Paris Etam Spring/Summer 2011 fashion show on Jan. 24 in a vintage-y mid-length polka dot dress with a large orange and white flower print, which she teamed with a skinny belt and chunky YSL platforms. Even though Blue Valentine star Michelle Williams got some flack for the daisy-covered Valentino gown she wore to the 2011 Golden Globes on Jan. 16, we totally get where she was trying to go—Age of Aquarius, baby! Meanwhile, Harry Potter star Bonnie Wright wore a Miu Miu star and floral print dress to a Miu Miu store launch dinner in London on Dec. 3. The turquoise Prada sandals she added gave the ensemble a luxe boho look. If flowers are your thing, there's no better time than now (in the dead of winter) to wear them—every time you look in a mirror you'll be reminded of what you have to look forward to.

While most celebs (if you don’t count Nicki Minaj) shy away from a pink pout, The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco rocks the super-girly hue ALL the time. And what’s more, the actress’ makeup bag must be spilling over with tubes and tubes of the rosy color because she rarely wears the same shade of pink twice. Check it out.

Models on the runways for the Derek Lam, Prada, and Vena Cava Spring 2011 shows.
Photo: Getty Images

Here's a good one: What do you get when you mate a ballet flat with a platform? A "flatform"! Hahaha...nudge-nudge...wink-wink. All joking aside, flatforms just might be the next big thing in footwear. In fact, Style.com recently reported that dozens of models were seen stomping down many a Spring 2011 runway, including Derek Lam's, Vena Cava's, and Prada's, wearing flatforms. But, other than singer (and known fashion risk-taker) Robyn, who was spotted performing in flatforms last year, there haven't been many celebs slipping their tootsies into this tall order footwear. Why not? Who knows. Since they're flat, they're super-comfy; they're versatile enough to be worn with anything from corduroys to flippy skirts; and they make the vertically challenged (us!) appear taller. What's not to love?

Nicole Richie at her Lucky magazine cover celebration in West Hollywood on Jan. 10, Kirsten Dunst at a Bulgari Benefit on Jan. 13, Blake Lively at the 2011 National Board of Review of Motion Pictures Gala in New York on Jan. 11.

Purple reigns for Nicole Richie, Kirsten Dunst, and Blake Lively. And it makes complete sense—the perfect-for-p.m. color is deep enough to have a sophisticated feel, but more festive than a Little Black Dress. Nicole wore a one-shoulder Emilio Pucci shift to a party thrown in honor of her Lucky magazine cover on Jan. 10. The fashionista paired the velvet dress with nude peep-toe pumps from her own House of Harlow 1960 line. Meanwhile, Kirsten looked feminine and vintage-y in a royal purple Prada shift, which had pretty pleating at the waist. And at the 2011 National Board of Review of Motion Pictures Gala in New York on Jan. 11, Blake dazzled in a Marchesa dress, which had exaggerated ruffles on the shoulders. The Gossip Girl star paired the purple number with turquoise jewelry (CUTE!). While these three ladies may have kick-started the purple trend, we have a feeling it's here to stay. But what do you think?

From belted beauties to long-sleeve frocks and over-the-top dresses, here are five trends that smacked us in the face at Sunday night's Golden Globes Awards.

LONG SLEEVE GOWNS: It was sunny in California, but that didn’t stop these actresses from rocking arm-covering sheaths on the red carpet. Both Anne Hathaway’s Giorgio Armani dress and Angelina Jolie’s Atelier Versace were studded with Swarovski crystals, while Leighton Meester's Burberry Prorsum printed gown featured ruched shoulders for a Victorian flair.

ONE SHOULDER DRESSES: Christina Hendricks (in Romona Keveza), Mila Kunis (in Vera Wang), and Julia Stiles (in a black ruffled gown), all nailed the one-shoulder look, thanks (in part) to their toned biceps and triceps.

BELTED BEAUTIES: Looking glamorous was a cinch for Sofia Vergara (in Vera Wang), and Glee girls Jenna Ushkowitz (in Rebecca Taylor) and Amber Riley (in Oliver Tolentino), who all belted their floor-length frocks.

SEQUINED SHEATHS: Carrie Underwood, Scarlett Johansson, and Olivia Wilde wore their star power on their backs in the form of super-sparkly, easy-to-spot dresses. Scarlett wore a bat-wing Elie Saab dress, Olivia wore a Marchesa ball gown, and Carrie wore a strapless Badgley Mischka number.

OMG! ENSEMBLES: On one hand, we want to applaud Helena Bonham Carter, Tilda Swinton, Jennifer Lopez, and January Jones for taking fashion risks. But on the other hand, we just don't get it. Helena wore two different color shoes with her Vivienne Westwood dress, Tilda's crisp white shirt and yellow skirt stiffen her demeanor, J. Lo should lose the sheer cloak (her Zuhair Murad dress would've looked just fine without it), and January's red hot Versace dress may have been a bit TOO hot.
