It may seem like a regular week to some folks, but to the rest of us it's the official kick-off of The Hunger Games! (Cue dresses that magically burst into flames, a chorus of whistles, and enough bows and arrows to start a post-apocalyptic renegade Cub Scout gang.) The film—based on the popular dystopian book trilogy—opens on March 23, but Monday's mega gala premiere brought out the entire cast, not to mention hundreds of camped-out fans eager to catch a glimpse of their favorite characters from the series. Jennifer Lawrence, who plays lead character Katniss Everdeen (aka The Girl on Fire), did not disappoint as she set the black carpet ablaze in a stunning gold Prabal Gurung dress. Miley Cyrus arrived in a midriff-baring ensemble on the arm of boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, who plays Katniss's oldest friend, Gale, and Leven Rambin made quite the entrance in a fiery red Chagoury Couture gown. All in all, it was a cornucopia (pun intended) of the best in Capitol couture.

Holy Effie Trinket! It's the first photo of the ENTIRE CAST OF THE HUNGER GAMES!!! Well, at least a spread of the tributes chosen to battle for their lives in a post-apocalyptic, death-trap-laden televised event that makes up the plot of the story. (Seriously, guys, if you haven't read the trilogy by Suzanne Collins, you best get on this book biz NOW—it's so ridiculously good.) Thanks to the fine folks over at Vanity Fair, we have our first peek at the comely cast, including the love-triangle trio of Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence), Gale (Liam Hemsworth), and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) looking cozy along with Clove (Isabelle Fuhrman), Marvel (Jack Quaid), Foxface (Jacqueline Emerson), Thresh (Dayo Okeniyi), Glimmer (Leven Rambin), Cato (Alexander Ludwig), and Rue (Amandla Sternberg). Yes, they're all smiles in their finest Americana relaxed wear, but these gingham shirts and distressed denim ensembles will soon be splattered with blood. And lots of it.

Brittany Snow looked so sassy in her bright yellow Jimmy Choos at the premiere of Charlie St. Cloud last night in Los Angeles, where she was there supporting BFF Vanessa Hudgens and the movie's star Zac Efron. But All My Children actress Leven Rambin beat her to the punch — she wore the same strappy heels to the Young Hollywood Awards on May 13. We love how both of the ladies kept their dresses short to show off their gorgeous gams, and they skipped overloading on jewelry and let the Choos do most of the accessorizing. While they looked fab, Brittany just might win out — she didn't go overboard with the look, and her black-and-white digital print frock by designer Christoforos Kotentos perfectly balanced out the neon footwear.
Who wore the strappy heels better — Leven or Brittany?
