The countdown to prom is ON. Yesterday we hooked you up with some amazing dresses that can be yours for under $150, and today we're upping the ante just a little bit more. While it TOTALLY doesn't matter how much you spend on your dress, just the way that you wear it, prom is a big deal and sometimes you want to be a little spendier. There are TONS of low priced options that will have you snatching prom queen crowns all over town, but we also found some breathtaking options between $150 and $350 that will guarantee you're the belle of the ball. From totally trendy to completely classic, the 10 dresses we're going to show you have a little something for everyone.

When searching for dress inspiration, we love to think back to some of our favorite historical eras. Now, we're not encouraging dressing up in a costume, but if you don't have the option to hunt for the perfect vintage piece, looking for more modern frocks in old timey cuts or styles can be a great way to get the look you're longing for. One of our favorite eras to pull from is the roaring 20's, when flapper style was all the rage. Sheaths, drop waists and, most essentially, beading were big in the era, and there are some great new options for you to effortlessly channel your inner Daisy Buchanan. In a classic drop waist sheath silhouette, we love ASOS' Frock and Frill Sequined Embellished Dress with Deep V Back ($244.44). For a more red carpet feel, the Adrianna Papel Beaded Gown ($260) sets our hearts aflutter. And finally, somewhere between period and modern is the Pisarro Nights Beaded Mesh Gown ($198)

Karlie Kloss in the Neiman Marcus And Target Collaboration Commercial.
Photo: Neiman Marcus' Youtube Channel

We love a good collab, that's for sure. Not only because they allow us to snag some of that pret-a-porter style at a more reasonable price point, but also because designer collaborations allow us to see our fave clothiers stretch their muscles in a new way. The Neiman Marcus and Target CFDA holiday collection is basically the ultimate collabo, with some of our fave selections being cookie cutters from Band Of Outsiders, an Alice + Olivia bike, and a Derek Lam skateboard, and that's just scratching the surface. It also features our favorite (or rather, one of our TWO favorites) model Karlie Kloss in the super cute campaign, bounding around both print and film and generally looking like a holiday elf-goddess. We showed you the behind the scenes from the shoot, but now we have the full commercial for your viewing pleasure. Karlie is the classic sweet girl, what with her midwestern charm and cookie-making side hustle, so it makes sense that she would front a campaign so filled with good cheer. And yeah, it also helps that she's one of the biggest supermodels in the world. Watch the full commercial after the jump and tell us what you think!

Almost as early as we've been curating our holiday wish lists, we've been waiting in anticipation for signs of the Neiman Marcus and Target Holiday collaboration, announced wayyyyyyy back in the heat of July. Just to refresh your memory, the collection is designed by 24 CFDA designers. We're talking all the heavy hitters (Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler, Jason Wu), who have worked on 50 products, from ornaments to yoga mats to skateboards. The products will finally be available December 1, and to make our wait a little less agonizing we get a sneak peek with a behind the scenes video of the campaign starring Karlie Kloss!

We know Halloween hasn't even happened yet, but OMG, WHEN WILL CHRISTMAS BE HERE? *throws fake snow in the air* In July, we were so stoked when got wind of supersized retailers Target and Neiman Marcus collabing on a MEGA holiday collection, and guess what? The time has come, friends! The 50 products (created by 24 CFDA members including Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, and Brian Atwood, just to name a few) has been released today, and OHMUHGUH, we may barf in pure excitement. But hey, let's be real. There are buttloads of items to sort through, so we made it easy and picked out the top 5 things you'll need to swipe up this season. Everything will be available in both stores and online starting December 1, so you better start makin' your wishlist now!

When's the last time you received a shiny new bike for Christmas? Better yet—a hot pink and green one (with a basket!) designed by Alice + Olivia? Yeah, um, never. This bad boy retails for a steep $499.99, but seeing everyone's reaction when you roll up on these wheels will be worth EVERY penny.

Could Karlie Kloss be any cuter? Could we be any more excited to see the Target And Neiman Marcus mega-collaboration heading towards our holiday shopping lists like a juggernaut? The answer to both is a resounding 'no,' and we basically already have our checkbooks out in anticipation of the shopping onslaught that's going to ensue. Luckily for us, we'll be getting our first look at the collection on Kloss, who is one of our all time fave models, in a series of ads that will span all platforms--from social media to print and TV--and, according to a Target spokesperson (as reported by WWD), make use of Kloss' dancing chops. It wasn't just her dancing, or her midwestern charm that got Kloss in the good graces of her Target/Neiman's employers: the 19 year old model reportedly arrived on set with a plate of homemade cookies, and later, with two key lime pies, one baked my her mom, using her grandmother's recipe. Is everyone taking notes? Karlie is giving us all lessons in how to be better people all around.

Christmas in July? It's actually happening, at least for Target and Neiman Marcus, who announced this morning that they're teaming up on...drumroll, please- a holiday gift collaboration! (Pause for excited screams). The two giant, albeit very different, retailers have joined forces to produce a collection of 50 various products designed by 24 CFDA designers. This means high fashion heavyweights like Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler, Rodarte, Rag & Bone, and Jason Wu will lend their stylish genius to everything from clothing to pet gear to home decor, all available to buy in stores and online starting December 1st. Are you freaking out yet?! Because we totally are....

Beyoncé performs on 'American Idol' on May 25.
Photo: Getty Images

• Last night's American Idol finale brought out THE BIGGEST vocal powerhouses (Ms. Beyoncé and Ms. Lady Gaga, of course) complete with uh-mazing performance outfits. Beyoncé NAILED IT in a to-die-for Zac Posen platinum gown while debuting her new single “1+1” and danced to “Crazy In Love” in a Swarovski crystal-encrusted Ralph & Russo dress. Lady Gaga wore a triangular headpiece replete with studs and loose chains, which sort of reminds us of the Tree of Souls from Avatar. Seriously, Google it. {Vulture}

• On her final show ever (*sniff sniff*), Oprah signed off in a custom coral L'Wren Scott dress with a dip-dyed chiffon belt. We think this fresh, form-fitting dress couldn't be more perfect for her last goodbye. The bright color shows optimism for what lies ahead, and HEY! Don't cry! QUICK, look at these photos of doggies in scarves saying inspirational quotes from her show! {Styleist}

• The Savannah College of Art and Design lined an ENTIRE reception hall with Manolo Blahnik shoe boxes. Let's all ogle at this breathtaking photo, shall we? {Racked}

Everyone knows Kim Kardashian is engaged to basketball star Kris Humphries, BUT HAVE YOU SEEN HER RING? It's 20.5 carats. Yes, you read that right. Kris designed the 20-plus-carat ring with jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, aaaaaaand we're officially giving up on life. {Oh No They Didn't!}

• Model/resident Brooklyn hipster Erin Wasson will launch a capsule collection with French retailer Zadig & Voltaire this September. The line will be sold exclusively on Net-A-Porter and will feature suede jackets, leather pants, cashmere, and more. {Racked}

• Suburbanites rejoice! Rachel Zoe's line is coming to a mall near you (a bougie mall, anyway). Her new collection will be at ALL 41 Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman locations around the U.S. starting this summer. We die. {Elle}

You guys, is spring FINAALLLLYYY here? *walks 20 feet away from cubicle to find nearest window* YEP! IT IS! And thank god, right? It feels like we've been wearing black FOR. EV. ER, and now we're finding every excuse in the book to sport head-to-toe color. One of the bestbestbest spring trends that we're obsessed with is color blocking. It looks exactly like it sounds: You pair two or more solid bright pieces together to form one uh-mazing, look-at-me outfit. You can match, mismatch, mix cold and warm colors, anything you want! There are NO rules, but we suggest keeping the accessories low key since your outfit will do all the talking. Check out how these bloggers mastered this look.

Andreina Mendez of Living In My Own Private Idaho
Blog: Twitter: @andrebombacha.
This Venezuelan-living-in-Argentina blogger is straight up FUN. You can scroll through her blog for hours (don't judge me) and never get bored of her super exciting and fashionable life. We love her '70s-inspired color-blocked ensemble which includes a smooth canary yellow tank paired with vintage emerald green flares and tangerine orange espadrille wedges. Also, the pop of red from her necklace and her mismatched bracelets add a little flair to her ensemble (not to mention her to-die-for ombre strands!). PERF.

Cilla B. of FashBerries
Cilla is a true New York girl! She came prepared for any weather that spring throws her way. She's carrying a lightweight H&M trench (lined with leopard print! We die.) in case of a sudden downpour and also sports tortoiseshell sunglasses to protect her from the strong summery rays. She opted for complementary royal purple Graver Studios blouse with a bold Forever 21 pencil skirt for this ensemble, and we love that she kept ALL of her accessories neutral, including her clutch, which she made herself. Get it!

Jaclyn Welch of Sparkle Birds
Blog: Twitter: @JaclynWelch.
Texas girl Jaclyn Welch proves you CAN mix red and pink and look totally fabulous. We love her chic high bun and minimal makeup, which doesn't distract from her outfit. She, too, has a pop of leopard in her ensemble with a Neiman Marcus belt. But we would NEVER guess the rest of the outfit is thrifted! She looks like a million bucks and, um, would you kill us if we also bought those Dolce Vita shoes?

Lil Wayne at the Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns game in Miami on Nov. 17.
Photo: Getty Images

Rapper Lil Wayne, freshly released from jail after serving time for gun possession, stopped by the the Miami Heat vs. Phoenix Suns game in Miami yesterday to relax courtside. And while usually we see this guy in white tanks and jeans, he changed it up yesterday and wore something totally unexpected — a gray crew-neck sweatshirt with Neiman Marcus' logo scrawled on it in pink. A Neiman Marcus sweatshirt? On Lil Wayne?! We never even saw one of those before!

That's because it's vintage. A Neiman Marcus representative confirmed to MTV Style today that it's been more than 10 years since the luxury store has carried the sweatshirt, which was originally used as a promotional piece during the holidays for store employees to wear. As for the rapper wearing it, perhaps he found it at a thrift shop, because the store did not give it to him. Overall, Lil Wayne pulls off the total look well, pairing the top with camouflage cargo shorts, a fitted navy hat, and Christian Louboutin spike sneakers, which retail for $1,095 online. Who knew this guy was a closet Neiman Marcus fan? Not us, that's for sure.

+ Do you like Lil Wayne's Neiman Marcus look?
